Taehyun isn't sure if his happy about his schedule being packed for the day. Right when he opened the shop, he was soon called for an emergency somewhere in the field by the neighborhood's farmers. Without a doubt, he left the shop ordering Felix to hurry up for he not want to leave it without nobody.

The situation wasn't not bad when he reach the fields. The machine they were using was stuck up for some unknown reason leaving Taehyun to check it by himself. It was no sweat to him but as a kind gesture, they have prepared the young man a quick snack which leaves them conversing for another hour. By the time he waved them goodbye, he remembers that Mr. Finn wanted him to come over to his place.

Having been on the road, he decided to take it as his break. Beomgyu has been bothering him almost every second but he was glad that he's still able to function. Well, despite his constant out-of-the-blue cuss out of frustration. It's not even a day or two but he misses the older like bitch. Reminiscing his behavior, he couldn't believe that it only took his principles to break down by a certain brown haired, moody pretty Korean boy that he hadn't been around for a year.

Funny how the idea of it hadn't cross his mind for years yet one pout from Beomgyu, he'd point a gun to whoever did made the older frowned. He couldn't still define what really is the idea of love but if distressing to the point that he'd hurt himself because they aren't okay is not something you'd suddenly just feel because you feel like it.

The question Beomgyu asked couple of days ago about falling in love ringed through his mind and he couldn't help but chuckle because indeed, he had fallen for the mighty Choi Beomgyu.

He saw from the distance how the old man stopped to look over the car in front of his lawn eventually his lips curved upwards when it revealed Taehyun. Tying one of his animal, he met the younger halfway to give him a light stroke in the shoulder.

“Morning pops.” Taehyun greeted as they walk pass the old tree beside the older's house.

“Glad you spare some minute despite your busy day.” The older replied gesturing him to sat down.

“Actually I came from Mr. John's. He called me for some things and I remember you asked me to pay you a visit.” Taehyun replied while the old man remained standing, his eyes fixated to his chickens that he recently just got.

“Ah yes. Could you keep an eye on the chicks for me while I get something that should belong to you.” The old man said leaving Taehyun without an utter.

Taehyun wondered about it. He was curious explains why he's here at present but he couldn't help but feel a bit anxious because when everyone says that Mr. Finn is weird. Oh boy, bet he is the weirdest old man Taehyun met in the neighborhood that's why it's a bit odd that they he had grown a liking towards the old man. He's mysterious and spouts often Taehyun couldn't really understand where it came from.

“Here. I've been meaning to give it to the rightful owner.” The old man giggled stretching out with some old notebook in his hand.

“I've been wanting to give this to you but it wasn't the perfect time yet. Arin— your sister had actually read it but I didn't let her keep it 'cause it should belong to you.” Taehyun's brows furrowed in confusion as he inspect the notebook.

“What is this? And how is this supposed to be mine? I don't recall having a notebook like this though.” He mumbled out, carefully opening a page for it looks overly old. If you use to much force on it, it'll surely rip.

“That's a diary of your very late grandfather. It should rightfully be in the hands of his descendants.” The older said finally sitting down in front of him.
