Zachary pulled out his wallet that was really only a leather pouch that was all torn up and had a few coins in it. "Here Miss." Zachary handed over all of his coins. "What's this?" Asked the bakers wife. "4 dollars exact miss" Zachary claimed in a scared voice. "You owe 5 dollars!" Yelled the baker's Wife. Carter grabbed the food and bursted out the door. "Oh Carter!" Cried Zachary, Lilith, Aurora and Rosily. "Get him yelled the bakery's Wife!" She was yelling at her husband in the back.
A millisecond later the Baker slashed open the doors and ran through the bakery to the bakery's front door. The children chased after the baker while listening to Carter's Childish laughing scream as he was only a little ways away from the catch of the baker. Someone was looking out for Carter because suddenly the baker fell face first into the side walk. The children ran right over the baker and all the way to the very edge of Maryville. Carter dropped the food, curled into a ball on the ground and started crying. All the children caught up to Carter and sat down next to him. "Carter why would you do such a thing?" Scolded Zachary. "Now Zachary," cried Lilith. "Carter didn't know!" Lilith said. "What he did was really wrong though!" Whispered Rosily. "We can't go back!" Yelled Zachary, trying to tell Carter that what he did was wrong. "Why not?" Sobbed Carter, still with his face on the sidewalk. "If we go back we may be separated and get in big trouble!" Stated Aurora. "I think it is settled." Said Zachary. "We are not going back."
