Unexpected visitor

(Third Person PoV)

So Tommy had to settle with staying with Technoblade and Philza.

For now or so he thinks.

He slept in the guest room instead of the basement, he went outside to do chores that Techno gave him (after complaining that he was bored), he read the books that Techno had and was basically having what he would consider a normal life.

"Come on Ares, we got wood to chop down," Tommy said and the pup followed him.

Tommy named him Ares after the Greek god of war because a lot of Techno's books were about Greek mythology and that one name stuck to him.

Of course when he told the pup's name to Phil and Techno, Techno started to call him by his old nickname: Theseus.

To be honest, Tommy wasn't surprised since most of his childhood, Techno has been calling him that.

He was just confused about why this nickname. Is it because they both have T-names? Why name him after a Greek hero whose life ends in tragedy? Why not after one whose life doesn't end in tragedy? (Granted there is only like two Greek heroes whose lives don't end in tragedy)

Tommy has asked why but Techno doesn't respond why. Always changing the subject or responding with: That name is cool for you. He feels like there's more to it.

Anyway back to the present, Tommy swung his axe down to chop wood down.

Why wood?

Because wood is important to have, not just for building but for firewood and to create weapons.

Basically wood is important for them and they have to collect as much as they can.

After chopping the tree down, Tommy always planted the saplings so more trees can grow.

That's a thing that most people should do after chopping trees down. Plant the saplings!

"I think we have enough," Tommy murmured after a while of this.

Ares yapped in agreement and they walked back to Techno's house.

"We're here b*tch!" He exclaimed.

Techno sighed. He was reading something when Tommy came in.

"You got the wood?" He asked.

"Of course we have the f*cking wood! I accomplished tasks. I'm not that stupid," Tommy rolled his eyes.

"Sure sure," Techno muttered.

"I heard that!"

Techno got up to place the book away and Tommy went down to the basement to place the wood away.

Phil was off mining things for his house. He doesn't want to continue "taking up space" in Techno's house so he's off building his own house.

Techno doesn't really mind having Phil over but he respects Phil's decision.

He's going to build his house near his so it all works out!

Then he heard a knocking noise.

This confused him so he went to peek at who was at the door through the window.

They were wearing a bright neon green hoodie.

It was Dream!

Techno panicked and quietly ran towards the basement where Tommy was at.
