A Trip to the Hospital

Kail POV:

"W-what's wrong?" My heart dropped I couldn't respond to her I think I actually avoided her comment.  I wanted to say something but it hurts to speak. I quickly swallowed back my tears I held it in for quite a second. "..My.." I couldn't even finish my sentence It hurt so bad that I couldn't do anything. Adoreya shook her head and she gave me this pleasantly resilient embrace. The more I tried to retain my tears they kept falling;  This pain was flooding all around my body I wanted to let it all go I never cried this much cause I never even cry that much if I'm being honest. "M-my Friend is in the hospital.." I told her. "Which one" She asked not letting go! "Lovely.." I said. She didn't respond she just squeezed me tighter. I finally let go and I wiped my tears away we locked eyes staring at each other not knowing what to say! "Um..I'm about to go..I was just wondering if you want to come with me?" I asked not seeming to make eye contact. "Of course I will come I just need to get dressed first" She told me. I looked at her and nodded and went downstairs my eyes felt puffy from the crying. "Hey Mom um I'm sorry to erup your talk but we really need to go!" I said Sternly

"Why,  What's wrong?" She asked. "I will tell you when we get into the car..But I invited Adoreya with me if that's fine for both of you?" I said. They both shook their heads  and Adoreya came down the stairs. My face was burning I really don't like her like that it's just..she's very hot sometimes and that's what gets on nerves! "Ready to go?" Adoreya asked me. I shook my head and we headed outside to the car I decided to sit in the back with Adoreya when my real goal was to retain her. "So mom my friend is in the hospital and we need to get there!" I mumbled out. She understood me and she started to drive. I looked out the window and my heart kept beating even faster every second I thought about her.

"Are you okay?" Adoreya whispered.

"..Yeah, Why" I asked; Trying not to make a scene

"I don't know you just seem very anguished" She said putting her hand on my thigh

"..I'm fine It's  just..I don't know what to do about Lovely."

"Kail It's going to be fine okay. She Is going to be okay and don't lose hope of that" Her eyes softened.

I looked back at the window my brain was scattered and I felt like I was racked with pain and it wouldn't go away. I looked at the hand that was still left on my thigh at first I was very bothered about her  hand on my thigh but I slowly realized it didn't bother me. I rested my hand on top of hers. We made eye contact and she slightly smiled at me I looked back out the window and leisurely fell asleep. 

"Kail come on we have to go!" I got woken up by Adoreya bugging me. I got cranky easily I got out of the car and I ran inside of the hospital. "Hello ma'am how may I help you?" The lady asked. "We're here to see Lovely Wattersons" I shuddered Unhesitatingly.  "Uh Yes she should be in room 172!" She told me and with that I grabbed Adoreya's hand and my mom followed us I ran down the hallway and found the room. We knocked on the door and we saw a girl and my friends. "Oh thank goodness you're here" Raya said giving me a big hug. My breath got heavier as we hugged. "Are you okay you seem winded" Raya told me as she put a hand on my forehead. I felt afflicted to my heart it was painful I watched Lovely on the hospital bed she looked hurt. I avoided every question and noise I heard. I came back to reality and I realized they all looked at me. "What's wrong?" Allen Asked. "I'm sorry..I'm just terrified of what's going to happen to Lovely I said.

"It's alright she Is going to be fine.." Raya told me. 

"No..No it's not stop telling me this..I have a gut feeling something is going to happen to her..I'M NOT CRAZY" I yelled at them.

They looked at me in horror I was in horror myself. What the fuck was I thinking I yelled at them and I messed up. I pushed them out the way before I could reach the door I felt a hand on my wrist. "Kail..Please stop!" Adoreya said.  I let go of the door and turned around. "I'm sorry." I said. I sat down on the chair I felt these emotions that I have never felt and it hurt me. I felt a tear shader down my face. Someone sat down beside me I looked at her she was probably someone who was a friend of lovely. "Who are you?" I asked. "I'm River!" She announced. I shook my head  and I grabbed my phone out I tried to keep myself preoccupied and do something on my phone. "Are you okay now?" Adoreya asked me. "..Yeah I think I might be alright.." I said. I turned off my phone and looked at River who was sitting next to me. "So how did you and Lovely meet?" I asked. "Well it's a great long story but we met in the hallway and we talked for quite a few minutes..I really enjoyed Lovely She is very sweet you know..! I got her to the hospital." She told me. I looked at her like I was interested in that story. "Well you see me and Lovely talked the whole day of school and she decided she wanted to come to my house for us to study! but I mean everything was fine she told me she had a headache and it was fine for the most part but then  I don't know what happened, But she fainted on the floor next to me I tried to wake her up but her breathing got lighter and I wasn't sure what was happening!" She continued. "So I picked her up and walked downstairs my mom wasn't   understanding what was happening so I put her in my car and I drove to the hospital." She now finished up her story
