Ateez walked inside their dorm after their practices. Wooyoung and San drop down on the couch exhausted, while the others made their way to their room. They finally have a break after all the promotions that they have been doing. They got a whole week off. After an hour of doing their nighttime routines, all the members came into the living room. They were discussing what they should do.
"Let's have a movie night" Wooyoung suggested. Everybody agreed.
"What should we watch?" Yunho asked.
"How about Morbius" Jongho suggested, and everyone agreed. Wooyoung put on the movie, while Seonghwa, Mingi, Yeosang, and san got the popcorns and snacks. Once they came back, everyone got in their comfortable seat. Wooyoung played the movie after HongJoong turned off the lifts. Halfway into the movie, the screen started flickering.
"What's happening?" Wooyoung asked scared. Hongjoong got up to shake the tv, but as soon as he got up, the tv completely turned off. They were left in darkness before a big ball of light appeared in the corner of the room. All of them stood up as something stepped out of the light. Nine weird rat-looking creatures stepped out of the light, which they now guessed was a portal, in front of them.
"Hello, Ateez" the one in the middle greeted. They didn't know what he was saying, but he said something about Ateez.
"Who are you?" Hongjoong decided to ask.
"I don't know what you said, but you probably asked who am I. So, you don't need to know who I am" He said and blew sleeping dust in their faces. The other eight creatures caught them before they dropped to the ground.
"Let's go," the leader said and they made their way into the portal with Ateez.
~Timeskip to two days later~
Inside a ship that was parked on the deck, there was a pirate crew called Filiae Maris. The captain was looking out into the sea when an eagle landed on the rail next to her. She turned to it to see there was a message on its leg. She took the message off its leg, before caressing his beak and giving it a treat. The eagle left and the captain opened the message and read it. I have found your pirate kings.
"What does it say, captain?" one of the crewmates asked
"Ladies, we got ourselves pirate kings," the captain said smiling, "Let's go." They made their way off their ship and into town. They wanted inside Everything You Desire, the auction house.
"Captain Katana" the owner greeted the captain
"Mr. Spite" Captain Katana greeted back, "You said you have our pirate kings"
"Yes, right this way," Mr. Spite said as he led them into a room, where the pirate kings are, "Here are your pirate kings." Katana and the others looked into the cell and were shocked. Ateez!, what are they doing? After their shock, Katana looked at Mr. Spite.
"What is this? Mr. Spite"
"You said that you wanted creatures that you can turn into pirate kings. Well, here they are"
~Flashback~
Mr. Spite was talking to a group of his workers, his back turned to the entrance. He stopped talking when he saw the scared looked on his workers' faces. He turned around and was shocked and scared by what walked inside his auction house. Filiae Maris, the fierce and only pirate queens
