After Wukong's funeral, MK broke down crying in his room. His master, his friend, was gone for good. It was because of him. It's his fault. 

Nobody would forgive him and Mei if they knew the truth. 

Mei comforted him the best she could, this was partly her fault too, she was the one who suggested that idea.

"Don't worry." she said. "Everything is going to be okay. No matter what happens, promise we'll stick together, okay?"

Everything was going to be okay.

Those were the words that haunted him for almost a year, along with SOMETHING. He kept the truth hidden, they would all hate him, he thought.

MK stood up and stretched. His pet cat, Jade climbed onto his lap. She meowed. "Meow?" "Waiting for something to happen?" MK stroked her fur and she purred. Jade was the only one who kept him company. 

He stood up. 

A white and golden door stood before him.

He took a deep breath, and opened the door.
