He sighs.."Well long story guys! Some other time..!
"Aabe kya nakhre kar raha hai! Bata na!".. says Naitik, another close friend of his from college..
"Well we went to Mohali for a wedding..Mummy ki ek cousin hai Bubli Aunty.. she had been on her toes to invite us over for her daughter's wedding! Finally Mummy gave in and I had to take her there. Shadi as in they call it Anand Karaj which takes place in Gurdwara. Sana was apparently there because she is my cousin's friend..".. a subtle smile takes over his face..
"Oy hoyyeee!! Launde ko dekho tou sahi! Kaise blush kar raha hai!"... Naitik teases..
"Aabe chal be!".. Sid makes an irritating face..
"Oh shut up Naitik! Sid continue..!".. insists Sneha..
"Mummy ko pasand agayi tou as usual she wanted her details and luckily she got it on that day only! Yeh Mummy bhi na!"
"Aunty has a good choice Sid! Sana is lovely!".. says Abhay. This friend of his is very sensible and probably the best one he has in circle!
"Hmm..lekin things didn't come easy my way! Choti hai yaar! Just finished her college! Tou obviously I was a little taken aback! Main sure nehi tha because I was not in support of marrying someone I don't know at all! Lekin I must say, there was something in her that kept tugging me behind that everything else seemed very immaterial!"

Sidharth laughs and doesn't reply..
"Wait! Abhi tak..?! Kya..?! Sid!! Tu theek tou hai na?!"... Naitik and Sneha literally become dumbfounded!
"Stop it guys! Bola na usne.. it was so sudden! And she is a wife not a random girl ki baas kud jayega uske upar!".. states Abhay!
He adds..."It's great to know that you are being a true man Sid! I appreciate this!"
Meanwhile Sana comes in pushing a trolly of snacks and desserts..
"Hey Sana! Please come..! The food was amazing! Thank you!".. Sneha greets her again..
"Thank you! I am glad! Aap log baat kijiye.. main ati hoon..".. she leaves quite abruptly..
"Kya baat hai Sid..? I hope she didn't hear anything!".. says Abhay..
"I don't think so! She didn't open up entirely yet! Actually it's strange! Jis ladki ko maine Gurdwara mein dekha tha, she was really different! All chirpy and full of life!! Lekin I haven't seen her as such after this shadi! Kabhi kabhi I get a little confused thinking if she really had her consent in this wedding!"
"Sid you are overthinking! Kabhi tou normal insaano ki tarah soch liya kar! It's a new environment for her yaar! Obviously she would take time to adjust!"... says Sneha..
"Hmmm..".. he sighs..

Same day, 12 am.. Sana is watching a thriller series with Tara in the hall when Sidharth comes and sits beside her, quite closely..🥰
"Kya ho raha hai..?"... He asks..

"Arehh beta yeh tou wahi series hai na jisme the mother is the real culprit?!"
Tara gives him a stern look and switches off the TV!..."Wah! Mama! Intentionally kiya na aapne yeh?! Amazing!! Main gayi sone! Mami teach him some manners! Baas mujhe hi sikhate rehte hai sab! Sara mood kharab kar diya!"... Tara blabbers to walk away..
Sidharth starts laughing and says..."Good night bachha!"
Tara makes faces at him and walks into her Nani's room..
Sidharth leans more towards Sana, trying to catch her expression.."The food was yum! Thank you!"
Sana seems a little disturbed and not liking this intimacy for the time being..
"Sidharth mujhe neendh aari hai..main jaun sone?"

She tries looking to the other sides..
"Nazre kyun chura rahi ho? Batao..? Is there anything I should know?! Kya baat hai?!"
"Kuch nehi.. aap niche ajaiye please.."
"Ek second.. Kuch tou hai.. Kya baat hai? Tum mujhse baat kyun nehi kar rahi ho?"
"Koi baat nehi hai.. main baas Mummy Papa ko miss kar rahi thi! That's all.."
"Sana! I am 38! Matured enough to understand this pulse! Come-on tell me, what is it?"
She ridicules the line with a smile and says.."Hmm matured..! You are right! Isiliye immature ki tarah you were discussing your sex life with your friends! Stud?! Yehi bol raha tha na Naitik aapko?! Dekhiye, I don't care about your past, but I have an objection about a discussion that leads to my life!"
"When did I say anything?! Did you hear me saying a word about this..?! It was them!".. he never gave a justification to anyone before.. he is doing it effortlessly now!
