Chapter 16: Why!!!?.

..If I didn't leave that house I would die , I knew that for a fact .

  Bryan slided to the ground next to where I laid bruised and I saw raw tears in his eyes . Tears I have never seen in his eyes before , Bryan seemed broken and I was to blame for it . 

     But he also was to blame , he could have just accepted me and our lives would have been better than this .

When he wasn't looking I began to crawl . If this was a race then a new born baby would have won against me . Before I could even reach the door I felt Bryan's hands grab me by the feet and dragged me into a corner . 

    I saw doom written in the tears that flowed from his eyes . Before I could think of a way out , he started strangling me . I was loosing air . I definitely didn't have the strength to fight back . 

 Then he let go and began to speak 

" Jessy why !!!?" He yelled 

"I am your brother but you chose to ruin my life in the worst way ever !!"

" Do you know something Jessy ?" He asked and looked me straight in the eyes , I was extremely terrified , tears flowed from his eyes but I was sure they were not because I felt remorse or guilt .

"Hmm...hm" I tried speaking but nothing seemed to come out " 

"I always had good plans for you in mind , I was thinking after my marriage I would move abroad and hand over the hospital to you but nooo.....you had to fall in love with me ...   Noo no that's not love that's obsesseion ., Jessy obsession!!!" He yelled and raised his hands to hit me but the unexpected happened, ...

      Ben and Julin arrived , I didn't know why but I didn't care either . They had come at the right time to safe me from Bryan's anger .

 "Bryan !" Ben yelled to stop Bryan's movement.

  I felt Julin's warm hands drag me into a warm hug that still made me ache in pains 

" What's happening here , who did this to you Jessy ?" Julin asked in tears 

" I did !!" Bryan yelled and Ben punched him immediately those words left his lips 

"Hey!!!" Bryan yelled 

" What will you do? , look at the state our sister is in and you are proud to say you're responsible for this !!" Ben yelled back 

" Bryan why did you do this , I thought you guys were the closet friends and siblings ?" Julin asked .

" Oh please...why don't you ask her why I did that" Bryan said pointing at me .

"Jessy .. why did this happen?" Julin asked with tears in her eyes .

How was I gonna turn things around to my favour . As much as I know I am the cause of everything happening and Bryan wasn't in the state to keep my secret .

"Jessy , julin asked you a question , what is Bryan talking about . What  did you do that gave him the audacity to abuse you like this ?" Ben asked

I was still quite , what was gonna be my saving grace this time ...what could I tell them that made him act that way  .

"She won't say anything because she's in the wrong and my actions were right" Bryan uttered to the hearing of everyone present in the room .
