At home where our parents lived became a commotion ground as Julin and Ben explain things to our parents .
"Julin shut that thing you call a mouth !" My mom shouted as she got fed up of hearing the lies.
"Mummy, what do you mean?"
"Why are you spouting lies ?" Mom asked .
"They aren't lies mom, these are the atrocities inflicted on your daughter by your son!"
"I remember telling you to shut your mouth" mom said to Julin coldly .
"You can't avoid the truth by telling me to shut up , Bryan your son is a rapist !"
"Shut up!!!" Mom shouted as she gives Julin a resounding slap .
"Mom!" Ben said out
"Do you want yours ?" She asked coldly , she was fed up ,
Which mother would easily believe her son who she raised was a rapist
Ben held Julin aside. Away from where mom was and faced mom.
"Words are words and can be used at any time with out validation but not visibility, right ?" Ben spoke .
" I don't care what you say, my Bryan can't do a thing like that talk more of doing it to his own sister, .. She is his blood, I refuse to believe this"
"I won't say anything to you mom but just watch the video and see for your self" Ben said and handed mom the phone
"What's the meaning of all this , I don't need to watch anything , my son is innocent "
"And your daughter is fighting for her life at the hospital due to the hand work of your so called innocent son " Julin uttered
They argued for minutes , it was really hard for a mom to believe her son was what they said he was
And I knew for a fact that mom always had her suspicions about me , so surely she wouldn't believe my words that easily, even though it came from another family member
In the midst of the argument, Bryan drove into the compound , mom walked up to him and hugged him .
"Who do you think you are?"Ben shouted.
"Meaning ? " Mom stood between both brothers as she asked looking straight into Ben's eyes .
"After all you did to our sister , you have the guts to show your face here !!!" Julin said out from afar
"You mean to say , after all our sister did to me !" Bryan said.
" I knew there was a catch , son what do you mean by all your sister did to you ?" Mom turned around and asked Bryan .
" He won't be able to say anything to you after I disfigure his face !" Ben walked forward in anger , ready to make someone bleed
But mom stopped him , holding his wrist tight with eyes like little daggers.
"Why are you protecting this rapist mom ?!" Ben asked in faustration .
"Because he is my son and a mother knows her child more than anyone and I know what Bryan can do and what he can't !" Mom replied not letting go of Ben's wrist .
"Isn't Jessy also your daughter , isn't she your blood?" Julin spoke aloud .
" She is my child , I gave birth to her , I know her inside out , that's how I know there's a catch to this fabricated story she used in brainwashing you too !" Mom said firmly , a woman with deserving pride .
"But mom , this son you love so much misbehaved with your daughter " Julin said .
" That's a lie !!" Bryan uttered loudly .
" Ohh please !" Ben said disgusted .
" I know it sounds weird but she raped me and made a video of it " Bryan said to the hearing of everyone .
