Waking up I see wear still in the car. I'm all bandaged up and so is Nick. Looking at the driver seat Maria is still driving

"Did you do this"i ask

"Yea I did you two where loosing a lot of blood"

"Thank you"i tell her

Turning to look at Nick I study him closely. I swear I've seen him before.

****FLASH BACK****

It was on my fifth birthday. I was playing inside waiting for my mom to finish icing the cake. I was playing with my bear. Someone knocks on the door, running I try opening it but I'm so small.

"Haha I got it honey"mom told me

"Okay"I mumble

Going back to my toys, I hear mom talking to a man. Ignoring it I keep on playing.

"Aren't I going to get a hug munchkin"

Looking up I see a man with and eye patch and he's wearing black with a cape with him. He looks like a superhero

"Uncle!!!!!"i scream and run to him

He's my dads brother. I can't believe it. After al these years of being alone he didn't bother to call. The nerve. Hearing a grunt Nick wakes up

"What happen"

"We blacked out cause of the loss of blood"i say angrily

"Why are you mad"

"I don't know uncle" I spat at him

"What?! You aren't supposed to remember!"

"Yea well I do. How come you didn't tell me any of this?!"

We arrived at New York's base and now wear walking down the halls with Maria behind us arguing. Gosh he better have a good reason not to call

"Because it would have been dangerous for you to find out!"

"How so!?" I yell, Walking into a room we keep arguing ignoring the looks wear getting.

"Because my enemies would use you as an advantage!"

"Really!! I can take care of myself! I have for 8 years now!"

"It doesn't matter! They would have still taken you"

"Are we still on that!! How come you never called after my father died!! Huh!?!"

"Because I didn't think it'll matter"

"You didn't think it'll matter? I was alone and helpless! You thought it'll be best for you! Did you even know that I was kidnaped and beaten!"i whisper the first part then yell the rest

"Of course I did munchkin. I was the one who found you"he doesn't yell this time

"You know what. I can't have this right now ok. Just leave me alone"

With that I sit down and try to calm down. Wow finding my uncle and first thing we do is argue great.

"Emma!!!!" I hear Tony yell

"What Tony?"i ask with a sigh

"Your ok! I saw the hole thing, I hacked into the cameras and You where badly injured! How come you didn't answer your phone!"he argues

"Tony love let me tell you something"

"What?"he ask tilting his head a little

"Shut up and kiss me!"

With that he kisses me softly and I melt into his embrace. Pulling me closer he deepens the kiss. Some clears their throats and we pull apart. Theirs three new people in the room and theirs all looking at me shocked. Getting uncomfortable with them staring at me I get closer to Tony signaling that I'm uncomfortable. He steps i front of me a little and looks at them with a mad expression

"Stop staring at her!" He snaps and everyone averts their eyes

"Your Furies niece?"a red head says

"Yea I am but I call him Nick"

"What?! No one can call him by his first name"she gasp slightly

"Well I do."

"Enough talking let's get to business"Nick cuts in
