*Raven POV*

Why would he put Dark Magic in me, and why not the others?

Something is wrong..

My headache has also seemed to fade.

"Robin, why did he put Dark Magic inside me.?" I ask.

"I don't know. But I have my suspicions." Robin says.

"Are the others up?" I ask.

"Yes and we should tell them about this." Robin says.

"Fine." I say as I put my hood on.

I hover out of the med bay and go to the kitchen.

Robin follows me and says. "Titans, over here!"

The others come over to the kitchen.

"What is it friend Robin?" Starfire asks.

"Me and Raven studied the syringes and found something, concerning. They all were tranquilizers but Raven's had Dark Magic in it.  She didn't put it in there, Slade did. We can't figure out why, though." Robin says.

"He likely had secret intentions." Cyborg said.

"Well, we would probably guess what is going on, so we can try to understand it." BeastBoy says.

"I think that he just wants to be mean!" BeastBoy says.

Robin looks at him.

"What? It's a guess!" BeastBoy says.

"I think that Slade wants to take over the world, and that he.. uh." Cyborg says.

"You are on to something, Cyborg. He needs someone to do his dirty work for him." Robin says in disgust.

I look at Robin, nervously.

"What are we going to do then? We shouldn't assume just yet." Starfire says.

Robin nods.

*BEEP BEEP*

"Crime ALERT! It's at an abandoned warehouse! TITANS GO!" Robin yells.

We all get in the T car and drive to the warehouse.

When we arrived and went inside, it was nearly empty. It was also very quiet.

...

Really quiet.

We all are ready to fight.

"Come out!" Robin yells.

I see a figure, but I couldn't make out who it is.

While I tried to see, I felt something shoot me, in the arm.

I let out a small scream from pain.

I fell down to the ground and was on my knees.

My hood slipped of my face, aswell.

The figure jumped down and we could see that it was... Slade.

Of course..

I looked at the dart and it was a syringe, but it was not a tranquilizer. I didn't feel sleepy either.

I just felt.. weak.

"Friend Raven! Are you alright?" Starfire asked.

I didn't have the energy to speak. But I was able to stay awake.

I attempted to stand up but my legs gave out on me.

I was useless in this fight.

Useless.. that word rang like a bell..

"BeastBoy! Protect Raven!" Robin says.

My vision was blurry and I couldn't think straight.

But I could see my friends fighting Slade.

He obviously wants something, from me.

That syringe was surprisingly painful I just couldn't understand why it was a tiny little shot.

There must have been someone in it.

I felt Slade lunge over to me and grab me.

Crap!

He ran to a different part of the warehouse and threw me on the ground.

My powers weren't letting me defend myself.

The Titans came in the room.

"Don't get any closer. Or I will end her." Slade said.

The Titans backed away from him.

"What do you want from her?!" Cyborg yells.

"Well, I wanted her for many reasons. If you didn't know, magic cannot be separated from her. So that would be pointless to do. So I thought why not do the opposite.? Having a powerful half Demon on my side would surely help me conquer the universe. But, you might think, she wouldn't listen to me. No matter how much I threaten her. But. I won't have to, I have my ways. She can be so much more powerful and the simplest and the most painful way of doing so, is forcing it." Slade said evilly.

I feared what would happen next so I continued to try to get up or to even shoot him.

"She has so much power, that she hasn't even gotten, yet." Slade says.

"Let her go!" Robin yells.

I had the energy to speak and I said.

"I would never serve a monster like you."

"You don't have a choice." Slade said.

"Now then, Sweet Dreams Raven." I heard him say before I felt home stab something in my neck.

My eyes felt heavy, and I passed out..
