Forever Alone

*Robin POV*

Raven just looked at me. I'm not sure if it was anger, fear or even sadness.

She is truly a woman of mystery.

I couldn't go try find the others, I need to make sure she is okay.

But.

She only has a minute left.

I run out of the room and try to find ANYONE.

I was running as fast as I can.

I pull out the communicator and try to contact one of them.

Cyborg picks up.

"COME TO MY LOCATION NOW." I say as I run back.

I call Batman aswell.

I try to get back inside but the door was locked.

Oh no! They need to hurry.

*Raven POV*

"It was smart to lock him out wasn't it?" Greed says.

"If we locked him in, he couldn't have alerted the others." Envy says.

"So, sister. You only got 30 seconds, wish to say something?" Wrath says.

"I will never work for you." I say.

"Oh, but you will!" Gluttony cheers.

"Did you forget? I'm insanely stubborn." I say.

"So. You are gonna kill me?" I say.

"No. But you will wish that you were dead." Greed says.

"Why would we kill someone who could make this all possible?" Sloth says.

"What?" I say.

I feel a sudden shock flow down my spine.

It started to effect my whole body.

"Turn on the machine!" Envy yells.

Greed clicks a button and it starts to send black liquid into the tube on my wrist.

It felt like I was constantly getting stabbed and burnt.

My insides were burning and I attempted with all my might not to show weakness.

I was shaking and I felt so useless, so pathetic.

The pain seemed to triple and I could barely breathe.

"Y-you are g-going to h-have to do b-better than t-that." I stutter.

"Oh really?" Wrath says.

Someone puts a helmet on my head.

Then it starts to show things I didn't want to see.

The past.

It seemed to get even worse.

My senses gave up on me, my vision was blurry and I felt like I didn't exist.

The pain increased once more and that's when I gave up.

I screamed.

I screamed as loud as I possibly could.

The scream was likely a blood curdling scream, but I couldn't tell since I couldn't currently hear.

I never knew pain like this was possible.

A human would've died a long time ago from this.

I think.

I could no longer think straight, or even think at all.

The pain seemed to get worse and worse.

They are going to kill me.

This was nothing compared to anything I have ever dealt with.

Everything started to go fuzzy.

And then. Nothing.

*Robin POV*

I heard a scream come from the room, it was from Raven!

It was an awful scream, that sent shivers down my spine.

I banged on the door and tried to open it.

Everyone else came over here and heard the scream.

But then it stopped..

My eyes widened.

We got the door open and saw Raven sitting in the chair, hopefully unconscious..

"You are just in time!" Envy sings.

The demons make a barrier around us so we cannot get out and help Raven.

They smash her communicators and release her from the restraints.

"Have fun in your 17 hour flight!~" Envy says.

"Huh?" Starfire comments.

The barrier throws us all the way back to the T Tower, with us still inside.

We crash into the T Tower and then fall into the water.

The barrier then releases us.

The T Tower thankfully didn't get damaged.

But.

We have to fly another 17 hours..
