The door was slammed open with such strength that both Tord and Tom flinched aggresively. Edd, followed by Matt, bursted into the room, not looking at the whole scene yet:

- Tom what is all this-

Edd started his sentence but couldn't finish it, because as he talked, focusing in closing the door, Matt literally yelled:

    - AAAAH MONSTER! - while pointing to Tom's form, tall and bulky, which now was almost double his size. He hurried to go behind Edd's back, seeking protection.

The creature swoop his head in their direction, tensing. Something in it's hollow eyes felt familiar.

    - What? - The green-hooded man finally looked up, taking in the scene - Holy shit! What is that Tord?!

Tord looked scared to death ( more than he's ever seen him? ) and almost as confused as him, looking at the creature who huffed, audibly breathing. He mouthed something along the lines of "Jehovah's Witness" and slowly took some steps back.

What? He understood it wrong, didn't he? The only person who Tord calls like that is Tom, and he isn't even in the room! Wait, thinking about it... This is his bedroom, so where's the man?

There's not much time to think, because not long after the monster's tail is trapping Matt close to him.

    - Matt! - Edd screamed as he ran forwards to free the other, only to be quickly tackled onto the ground by it's arm.

It pays no mind to them, it's only objective being, apparently, Tord. Slowly walking, growling in a low tune, the creature seemed to resist (?) attacking him.

    - Tom, Tom!? Look, it's me! Tord? You remember me..? - He sounded desperate.

Edd was so, so confused by what was happening. His back hurts from the impact and he feels useless. So much is happening in front of him and he can do nothing to help it.

    - I- That's Edd - the norwegian's eyes scanned the room, stopping on the other man - and Matt..

    The creature- Tom looked conflicted.

    - Y'know... We really hate eachother - a moment passed - but I care about you. Who do you think helps you when you would come back home drunk..?  Who got you water and guided you to your bed in those nights?

The iron grip on Matt's body loosened, the man letting out a sigh and running towards Edd, who whispered words of affirmation.

    - You don't even remember, Tom, but we're... we're friends. At least I hope. I'm sorry for doing that to you. - the last sentence was said in a, almost, silent voice.

Maybe he heard what Tord had to say, maybe he was just tired, but nonetheless the monster starter backing up. Both Edd and Matt looked surprised. It was common sense the two hated it eachother, they would never suspect that. The two didn't even know it was Tord who helped Tom when he came back from god knows where. They just thought he could handle it alone. There was a lot to discuss with the norwegian after this ended, including why is Tom this huge creature.

Anyways, Tom's form started to get smaller and more human-like as he backed up. His clawed hands grabbing at his hair, the pain looking visible for the others in his room. He grunted and huffed while tripping and falling. The view was, certainly, disturbing. A minute (that felt like hours) of agonizing sounds passed by until Tom passed out in his human form, looking more tired than ever.

No one moved a muscle, not knowing how to continue or say for a moment.

    - Tord, I suppose you have a good explanation for this..? - Edd was the one to make a move.

    - Could we get out of here first? - Tord's hands were literally shaking, and he seemed distant.

    - guys, don't you think we should place the unconscious guy on his bed? He's already suffering enough, isn't he? - Matt added before the green hooded man could answer Tord.

Edd hesitantly nodded. What if touching him makes he go back to being that? Matt was right though. Tom must be so tired and hurt and they need to help him. He didn't even think about bringing him to bed. What a bad person he was... Not long after, Tord started gently picking the man up and putting him into the messy bed.

All of them take a look at the distressed man before exiting the room, their shoulders releasing some tension they didn't know existed. Tord's didn't. Nonetheless the norwegian looked even more stressed when getting out, on the edge. He wouldn't admit it but it was certainly visible.

The silence is disturbing, the only sounds being of shuffling and the cars outside. Matt and Edd sit on the sofa, while Tord is sat on the barely used armchair of that room. Really, the couch has 4 sits so they don't even need the extra place. Only Ringo uses it, albeit rarely. Edd begins, breaking the silence and making Tord's head whip in his direction:

    - We need to talk.
