Madeleine Cookie x Reader FLUFF

{Reader will be gender neutral in this one shot and no one requests so I have to do something, so I did this. Enjoy}

Madeleine and Y/n have been best friends since they both met, but Madeleine wanted to change that as in... More than "friends" (if you know what I mean)

And there he goes again... Staring at Y/n lovingly, while Latte was chatting with him even tho Madeleine was lost in thought with Y/n...

"Madeleine cookie?" A voice snapped him out. It was Latte. "Oh, yes?" "You've been spaced out in your world, what's wrong?" "Oh just... Thinking abt our next expedition" Latte then starts a suspicion on him and later on she said goodbye to him

Madeleine went up to Y/n, "Hey Y/n!"

Y/n turned around to see the happy knight as they chuckled at his silliness but it was kinda cute too. They both chatted till they both started parting ways together

Madeleine POV:

I talked Y/n for a moment or I was just staring at their beautiful (h/c) and their glowing (e/c) orbs

"Well then Madeleine... Ty for accompanying me all the way I appreciate it!" They smiled as I blushed brightly. "No problem!" I said as we both said 'bye'

Till I saw Latte Infront of me. "I knew it!" I looked at her confused. "You like them!" "Yes I do?" She pouts when I said that... What...?

"Not THAT silly! I meant you love them more than friends!" After I process everything... I then realize what she meant, I blushed madly as she chuckled at my love for Y/n

"When is the confession?!" She asked excited... I mean... Me and Y/n have been friends for months now so, I think I have to confess to them if I have the courage to...

"I... Don't know... I don't the courage to confess them with my love!" I said as I sat down on a nearby bench and looked at the ground as I doubt I will be accepted by Y/n...

"Hmm, you may be right but there's a possible chance that you will be accepted!" Latte encourages

Latte POV:

There's gotta be a way to get these two as lovers... Hmmm... Ah! I got it!

"Hey Madeleine!" He looked at me and I started to tell him on how to confess on Y/n somewhere, what time, and how to confess in for courage

I am sure this will work!

The next day...

Y/n POV:

I woke up in the morning as I walked downstairs to eat some cereal (there are made with jellies or whatever they eat)

I heard a knock from my door, as I opened it... There's was an fancy looking envelope. I opened it and read it

Dear friend Y/n...

      It is I, Madeleine Cookie. I want you to meet me at a nearby flower field, I want to tell something really important to you that I've wanted to say so pls meet me at 9:17 am :)

– To your dearest friend, Madeleine Cookie

Guess I have to meet him... Welp, first I gotta eat... I am hungry

After eating... 9:16 am....

I went to the flower field where me and Madeleine were supposed to meet as I just sat in a roll wood. I checked my watch as it hits 9:17 am

I waited for 50 secs and Madeleine was finally there and was covered in dirt, I got concerned on why was he covered in dirt

"Oh my god, Madeleine! What happened to you?! Are you ok?" I said in worry as he looked at his dirty armor... But somehow ignored it as he puts his gaze to me instead. What in the freaking fudge?

"Y/n... I just..." He shyly looked away as I saw him all red in the face, is he... Blushing? I saw something in the middle of us... He was holding a flower but it was my (f/f)!

I grabbed it and said thank you to him but he didn't respond. Instead he took a deep breath and began to speak to me, "Y/n... You've been my best friend since we met... And... I wanted to change that" he said, I didn't get what he mean but I let him continue

"Y/n... I wanted to say this for a very longest of time" he said as he leaned in close (Jesus Christ I always watch MSA on TikTok 🤦🏻‍♀️)

"Will you be my S/O?!" As he nervously shouted and confessed. I blushed madly while happy tears rolled down to my cheek

"Ofc! I will!" I hugged Madeleine as he looked shock but then looks at me lovingly. We kissed through the beautiful mixed sunset as if there's no tomorrow... It was all just perfect...

BONUS!!!

Latte watched from afar to the confession and was happy that Y/n accepted "I am glad" she said silently

Before she could leave, she immediately looked back and saw them kissing!

She squeals but the newly couple didn't hear it and she immediately took a pic for "very important" reasons. As she left the lovebirds behind

DAMN IT WAS ROMANTIC BUT STILL CHEESY AS SHIT but I will let it slide somehow
