You and Mint Choco, including some of the cookies, were on vacation onto your hometown in the Philippines which was an island (Idk if I am gonna pick you as a Visaya but meh) as the cookies enjoy the caring hospitality and the fun in the water as both you and Mint Choco were talking until a idea popped up in your mind "What if we visit my parents?" You said as Mint Choco thought for a long second as he then looked at you "sure!" He said as you and him planned the time and the right place to make sure he doesn't get lost since he will be living in a motel while you were gonna live in your parents' home

2:10pm at night...

"Kamusta na ang pag sasaya mo dyan, beh?" (How is your happiness doing there, dear?) Your mother asked as you ate the sinigang baboy (it is a Filipino soup food type) "ok lang ma" (it was ok ma) you said as your mother chuckled so did your father, your father was a proud soldier back in the days of an break out war onto the east side which he won but got a big scar onto his left face until that's when you heard a knock onto the door, but your father beat you into it though. He opened the door and saw Mint Choco with lovely roses onto his hands "...sino ka?" (Who are you?) Your father asked strictly which caused him to fret but calmed down anyway

"Hehe... Sorry um sir, I don't think I understand your language..." He said as your father then sighed "I see, who are you..." He said which made Mint choco
quite impressed that your father can speak English fluently "I am Mint Choco, I am Y/n's fiance" he said with a nervous smile knowing that your dad was the overprotective type of father which you sometimes get embarrassed of. "Pa, sino yan?" (Pa, who is that?) You asked as you noticed Mint Choco until you waved your hand but then your father slammed the door shut to his face which had leaved you stunned "Pa! Fiance ko yun, bakit mo agad sinarado ang pintuan?!" (Pa! That was my friance, why did you quickly close the door?!) You said as your father thought that man was good enough for you so he didn't answer

Meanwhile with Mint Choco...

He then frown and felt kinda guilty if he did something wrong as the others looked at the scene which caused them to be sad as a Filipino man was carrying a piece of wood saw the sad man as he walked up to him "Hoy! Ok ka lang dyan? Parang nag break up kana" (hey! You ok there? You look like you got a break up just now) the Filipino man asked but Mint Choco didn't understand the language as the Filipino man understood that he wasn't from here "ahhh, sorry, I am Pandan Cookie and you?" The Filipino asked as Mint Choco introduce himself "so buddy... Why so gloomy all of a sudden in this house of f/n cookie?" (Father name) Pandan asked looking at him "well... His daughter was my fiance and it seems like he didn't accept me as her lover" Mint replied

Pandan was thinking until a idea popped up on his mind as he held onto Mint's shoulder as a cheeky grin appeared "I think I know what you need!" Pandan said as Mint was confused but he got dragged as Pandan explained the plan that he could get his fiance's dad accept him... While you were at your window, staring at the stars dazzling above. You sighed and also felt bad for your lover since your father didn't accept him since well, he's different from the others but I am sure he will change his mind to accept him

At your garden... Yep, you live in a pretty big house NGL-

"You sure this will work?" Mint asked Pandan in the bushes as Mint stood Infront of Y/n's balcony "yes! Besides, this Filipino song was Y/n's dad's favorite!" Pandan said as Mint sighed but nodded as a signal, Pandan then threw a small rock onto the balcony window as you heard the noise and saw Mint Choco playing his violin... (Also Pandan taught Mint how to speak Tagalog language XD)

Mint stared at you lovingly so did you as you went down to your balcony and hugged him as he hugged you back, your father and mother saw the whole scene as your father then finally accepted your lover as your mother was proud to see you with the man of your dreams with you now... They also heard that both of you sang their favorite songs while Pandan was proud then went back to work while your parents slept and thought that they should invite Mint for lunch. "Mahal na mahal kita..." You said in a Filipino accent " I think you're trying to tell me that you love me so much..." He said as you kissed him "that's bcuz I am... And "mahal na mahal kita" means... I love you so much..."
