Summary: you and Moon rabbit have been friends for what seems like an eternity of pure happiness onto your friendship, you both have the same interest in sweet food... Moon rabbit likes rice cakes while you like dangos! You and her then... Both of you decided to go to this wonderful festival that was attended tonight!

As you then got ready for the festival tonight! It's gonna be a blast! Especially when the new moon is going to rise up once again! You then got onto your clothes and looked at a mirror (the clothes <3 ↓↓)

"Y/n?" A muffled voice startled you, almost to death I bet, as you just calmed down and knew it was just Moon Rabbit! Oh how jumpy and much likely a scaredy cat you are ^^'

"Don't worry! We won't miss the best part of the festival, I'll be down there!" You said loudly enough for her to hear as her footsteps begun to fade as you walked out of the door and hear gleeful music and full of life outside. Which your eyes beamed with sparkles as you felt a force on your arm as Moon Rabbit dragged you somewhere "C'mon! Let's go get some snacks!" She said as you chuckled "alright!" You said as both of you ran over to the food stands together, lots of delicious food was surrounding inside the stands as people chatter and buy some. You both ate some Tokoyaki, Dango, Taiyaki, and many more! You both ate, talk, and laugh together filled with such joy

Until... You both heard a wooshing sound, as if it was about to blow up and mostly fly high, you looked from above as you saw fireworks glittering over the night sky as you beamed with a bright smile so did Moon Rabbit as people in the festival were with awe and amazed by the beauty of the fireworks as it continued for at least a good 8 mins, it stopped as people clapped and whistled with delight plastered across their face as they then continue to do their things while you and Moon Rabbit laughed together heartily. You and her bought some snacks and a few rice cakes, for her but she doesn't mind sharing ofc! You and her mostly talked than ate

She then looks from above and saw all of the stars almost aligned to something. As the moon shines brightly so did the stars, you looked at her direction which made your eyes amazed by the nightly beauty in your own sight. Moon Rabbit then looked at your amazed face as she chuckles and kinda blushes since she thinks you're cute when you are like that honestly! You heard the chuckle as you got confused "is there something on my face or–" you asked as Moon Rabbit sat up and waved her hands as a negative response "no no! It's just that- you look cute... Nom!" She muttered the last sentence then ate a rice cake, you blushed but could've have sworn you've heard it wrong but yet it sounded right

"E... Excuse me...?" You said confusingly as she stopped eating the rice cakes and looked at you with her vivid eyes. As a pink blush crept upon her face which made your brain cells even more confused, so are you, she stayed silent for a moment and spoke "Y/n, I hope you could respect me for this..." She said, kinda sounded pretty upsetting but you smiled "ofc! I'll always respect you!" You said as she looked at you, smiling yet a sad aura had creeped up around her. Which you definitely noticed and got really worried of her "Well I..." She said half way through then took a deep breath and shouted "ILIKEYOU!" She fastly said as you couldn't catch the sentence properly "what?" You asked

"Y/n, I like you!" She said as you thought for a second, well ofc she likes you! She's your friend– "Meaning: I have feelings for you, romantic feelings, you seem so festive, kind, and great! That's what I really like about you... So do you accept?... Nom" she said then eating another rice cake but yet held her guard up, just Incase for a rejected response. But yet, it was the opposite, you kissed her cheek which she didn't expect as she looked at you. You were blushing and smiling at her "I like you too..." You said as Moon Rabbit blushed even more... That's when another firework fired up in the sky and exploded a beautiful flare from the nightly sky...
