Thunder echoes through the night, as lightning cracks the sky. Heavy rain drops, hammers the earth, like needles piercing through hard surfaces.
In the middle of this upset weather, two figures stood, drenched from the heavy downpour.
" I'm sorry Juvia but please let me think about it. Give me MORE time.' Gray breathed, emphasizing on the word, more time , as he looked away. His face unreadable of emotion.
" b-but love is not a thinking thing. love is a feeling thing Gray-sama." She sobbed as more rain continued their cries.Harder each time." Juvia loves Gray -sama, there's no one else Juvia had loved." In each word she spoke, more, and more rain spilled from the dark blanket of the sky.
Looking at her crying form from beneath his brows, he got more annoyed of the situation.
" I just dont see myself ever feeling the same way about you. I think we should just be friends. " he coldly spoken. Each word, each sound, like blades to her. Piercing, stabbing her heart.
She felt fallen to a spinning world. Straightening up, she looked at him with bloodshot eyes.
" Juvia knows that men and women can't be friends. Especially not Juvia and Gray." She breathed through sobs as more tears fell, from her ocean eyes.
That was the last time he saw her cry. The very last time he'd seen her head-over heels at him. For since that day, there is no more Gray-sama here and Gray-sama there. No more eyes that follows him around, sending shivers up his spine
She'd treated him like he doesn't exist. Avoided him in every possible way. He was just supposed to make things clear with her that day.
But things, got out of hand.
