It Started with a One-Night Stand

Three - Aftermath 2 (Taehyung)

Taehyung was looking blankly at the open space in front of him. He's at his parents' house, in the pool area to be specific. It was 5 PM, and it was almost dark.

After the incident this morning, he drove to his parents' place to relax, hoping he could forget that night and his encounter with that woman.

Namjoon: "Kim Taehyung!" He said sternly.

Taehyung's thoughts were interrupted upon hearing his name.

Namjoon: "Are you daydreaming or something? I've called your name twice but you were not responding." He explained while looking straight at him.

Taehyung gulped as nervousness crept into his body.

Jin: "You seemed to be out of focus. What's the problem?" He asked before sipping on his drink.

Namjoon and Jin are Taehyung's cousins. They are a year older than Taehyung and they would usually hang out at the mansion.

Taehyung has his own place where he stays during school days as he wanted to start living independently but usually visits their house during weekends even though his parents don't stay in the house as they spend most of their time living abroad.

Taehyung: "I- Everything's fine." He was stuttering.

Jin: "You sure?" He asked.

Taehyung: "Yes, hyung. This is just probably a hangover from last night's event." He explained

Namjoon: "Okay, maybe you need to rest early tonight so you can regain energy." He suggested.

Taehyung: "Yeah. I'll do that, hyung." He said with a small smile.

Night came. Taehyung was laying on his bed. He decided to sleep at the mansion as he do not want to see anything from his place right now which will make him remember what happened last night.

He's been tossing on the bed. He can't seem to find the right position to sleep.

"F*ck!" He groaned in frustration.

He took a deep breath before closing his eyes. Soon as his eyes closed, what happened last night immediately flashed on his head.

He was invited to a friend's party. It was an event with way too many people. Most of the guests were students but they are not minors, they were already above the age of 18. There were a lot of people in the place, grinding on each other. Also way too much alcohol is being consumed.

Taehyung had a lot of fun and a bit too much vodka. It was 11 in the night when he decided to leave the place. He knew that he was already drunk and so he thought to just leave while he still can drive.

When he arrived at the parking lot, he found a girl who was leaning her back on his car.

Taehyung: "M-miss, please m-move away from the c-car." He said with a slurred speech.

The girl did not respond. She was there, still leaning her back against his car with eyes closed and was massaging her temple.
