The Guessing Game

Mk was floating on air, That night was amazing. He walked into his apartment and went straight to his room. He laid down, grabbed a pillow, and proceeded scream into it with Glee. After he was done with that, he sat up and thought about it over and over and over. He kept thinking about how he looked at the lanterns, the prize he got him, and Mei running away from him in fear.
'*sigh* what a night', he looked down at his bag. He grabbed it and dug around in it for bit. He pulled out the panda that Red got for him. He placed it down in front of him. He looked at him and thought for a bit.
"Hmmm, oh I know"
Leans down and picks it up.
"I'll call you yin yang, ya'know beacuse your fur's black and white"
Mk smiled with satisfaction. He always loved to make up names for his plushies. He put yin yang down on his night stand. He was about to fall asleep when his stomach started to hurt. "Man my stomach hurts, did I-" before he could finish is sentence, he felt something coming up. He immediately ran to the bathroom room and threw up.

* In the morning with the gang*

Pigsy was in kitchen cooking, Tang was already sitting and eating. The bell on front door rang, causing Tang and Pigsy to look over. They saw Mei walking over.
"Morning Tang and Pigsy"

"Morning"
"Morning"

"Mmm, smells good in there"
Mei said.

"Thanks Mei"
Pigsy said while stirring some noodles.

"Not many people here this morning"
Mei said.
"Yep"
Pigsy said.
Tang looked up at the staircase leading to Mk's apartment.
"Hey is Mk coming down for work today"?
Tang asked

"Well he did say he wasn't feeling well on our way home from the fair"
Mei chimed.

"Yeah, he said he couldn't come to work this morning" Pigsy said as placed an order on the table. "Thankfully Sandy volunteered to help out today".

"Hm well if Mk is sick"
Tang said while pushing the empty bowl to Pigsy.
"That gives all of us a day to investigate the mystery of Mk's lover"!

"Sounds like fun but me and sandy gotta work"
Pigsy said.

"Aww, I guess it's just me then, unless Mei wants to come"
Tang said while looking over at Mei.

"Hmmm, I don't know, I really shouldn't be telling you...."

"That's the best part,you don't even need tell you can just point out if I'm getting closer or not" Tang said.

"Well, guess I won't technically be telling you who it is so"

"Well then, let's go"
Tang said while dragging Mei out of the shop. Pigsy watch as his love ran out of the building with Mei. He smiled and got back to work, but then realized.
"Wait a minute, HE DIDN'T PAY"
Pigsy ran outside
"TANG YOU FREELOADER GET BACK HERE"

* Back With Mei and Tang*

The two were now sitting on a bench  at a random street corner.
"Well then let's begin"
Tang said.

"Hey Tang why did we have to come all the way over here for this"?
Mei asked.

"Oh uh, I figured the Noodle shop would be to loud for focus plus, this much nicer anyway"

"So in other words, you didn't wanna pay"

"Yeah I didn't want pay"

"*Sigh* you really are a freeloader"

"Hey"!
Mei giggled
"Oh don't worry Tang we're still friends"
She only got groan from Tang.
"Anyway let's get started with the hunt" he said."let's see I know that their name starts with RE"
Tang put his hand on his chin.
"And that's about it"

"Yeah, you have to find it out completely from scratch"
Mei said, while pulling out a candy bar from her pocket.

"Hmmm, I know"
Tang turned back to Mei who was chewing on the candy bar.
"I'm gonna ask a question then you can give me answer and I'll build it from there"
Mei swallowed then turned to Tang.
"Okay, but I'll only respond with riddles and anything that's to exposing I won't answer"

"Deal"
Tang said while shaking Mei's hand.
"Okay fire away"
Mei said.

"Okay, uh, what's their hair color"
Mei took another bite of the bar and thought for second. When she was finished she said.
"Opposite of blue and mother of orange"
Tang thought for bit.
"Opposite of blue and a mother of orange.....oh, is it Red"!?
Mei took another bite and nodded.
"Ahh, so Mk is into red heads"

" Mhm* swallow*"

"Okay next question,are they a different species"?
Tang asked with smirk.

"Opposite of good and burn down below"
Tang thought for a second, then gasped.
"Are they, a demon"?

"Yep"
Tang giggled.
"This gonna be good, okay what kind of demon are they"?

"Nope sorry a bit to revealing"

"Darn, okay then how good looking are they"

"Hot as fire"

"Ooooh, okay"
Tang by now really wanted who this was.
"Hmm let's see Red hair, demon, good looking and...."
Tang sat and tried to pieced together who it was.

"Well,  I don't know many demons other than sandy and Pigsy"
Then it hit him.
"Oh I know, I'll see you later Mei"

"Where are you going"

"To find out who this mystery person is" and like that Tang was gone. Mei just sat there watching him run off.
'should I be Concerned about that...........nah it's probably not that important'
Mei sat for a bit finishing off her candy bar before deciding she was bored. 'hmm well I could see if the arcade got some new games'.
Mei sat up and made her way to the arcade.

*With Red son*

Red was sitting at his desk finishing up a small but important piece for his newest invention. Without looking away from the device he reached over to grab some screws. Only to realize he had no screws.
'did I run out'?
Red looked in his draws, no screws.
'Those were the last ones from the lab, Which means I'm out, no problem though I'll just go buy some new ones'
Red got up and grabbed his jacket. He left his room and went straight for the front door. Before he left he yelled out
"I'M GOING SHOPPING" no response. He left and went to the store.

*With Mei*

Mei was playing some games, enjoying her time. After some games she left the arcade started off. She was walking down the street when she got an idea.'I'ma buy some soup to help Mk with his cold'
She walked over to the mall to buy some soup.

*Back with Red*

Red was now in the store looking for the right size screws. After searching for a bit he spotted them. He grabbed them,payed and left. He walked out into the mall center and was about leave when suddenly from behind.
"Heeeey Red boy"
'wait a minute I know that voice'
Red turned around to see Mei.
"Oh it's you"

"Whatcha doing here"
She asked.

"Just getting some screws, you"

"Buy Mk some soup for his cold"

"Wait Mk is sick"?!

"Yeah, wh-  oooh your worried about Mk"

"What no, I'm just...a bit concerned is all"

"That's the same thing, but whatever, if you're so concerned then you come to Mk's apartment with me"

"Uh well,...Sure"

"Okay then let's go"
Mei said while dragging Red out of the   building.
'how am I gonna explain my long absence to my parents'?
