Tony jolted to the side when the cloak tapped him on the shoulder, "Wow, you're a seriously loyal piece of outerwear, aren't you?"

Tony jolted to the side when the cloak tapped him on the shoulder, "Wow, you're a seriously loyal piece of outerwear, aren't you?"

Tess and Peter lowered themselves down, "Yeah, uh speaking of loyalty."

The look that Tony gave the two of them was filled with utter betrayal, "What the..."

"I know...we know what you're going to say," Peter started, "You should not be here."

"We were gonna go home." Peter started, "I wanted to go home," Tess muttered receiving an elbow to her ribs, "I don't want to hear it."

"But it was such a long way down and I just thought about you on the way..."

"And now I gotta hear it," Tony sighed, "And kinda stuck to the side of the ship. And this suit is ridiculously intuitive by the way."

"God damn it." Tony muttered, "So if anything it's kind of your fault we're here."

Tess snapped to face Peter, did he seriously just say that? Even the cloak shot up a little straighter at the comment.

"What did you just say?"

"Yeah, what did you just say?" Tess agreed, "I..I...I take that back, And now I'm here, in space."

Tony took a step forward, "Yeah, exactly where I didn't want either of you to be. This isn't Coney Island. This isn't a field trip. This is a one-way ticket. You hear me? Don't pretend you thought this through."

"I did think this through." Peter defended, "no non l'hai fatto" (No, you didn't.)

"You could not have possibly thought this through." Tony stated, "You can't be a friendly neighborhood spiderman...if there's no neighborhood."

Tess couldn't argue with that one, even if she tried, it was a good point. "Okay, that didn't really make sense, but you know what I'm trying to say."

Tony breathed shakily, not really knowing what to say, "Come on. We've got a situation."

Tess and Peter trailed behind Tony, looking where he was pointing, "See him down there? He's in trouble. What's your plan?"

"Um...ok...ok," Peter stood back up, "You ever seen this really old movie Aliens?"

Tess looked at him in confusion, not really understanding where he was going with this, "Well obviously, I live with you."

"I have a plan."

--

Tony landed with a thud behind the Ailen guy, "I could end your friend's life in an instant."

"I gotta tell you, he's not really my friend." Tony corrected, "Saving his life is more of a professional courtesy."

"You've saved nothing." the Ailen paused, "Your powers are inconsequential compared to mine."

"Yeah, but the kid's seen more movies." Tony blasted a hole in the side of the ship, causing the Ailen guy to fly towards it, out into space, nearly taking Strange with it. Peter swung down after him grabbing onto him. Just in time for Tony to block off the hole.

"Hey, we haven't officially met." Peter landed, Tess walking up beside him, the cloak flew away, "Cool."

"We gotta turn this ship around," Stephen stated, making his way to his feet. "Yeah, now he wants to run. Great plan."

The cloak found its way back on to Stephen's shoulders, "No, I want to protect the stone."

"And I want you to thank me now. Go ahead I'm listening." Tony stated, "For what? Nearly blasting me into space?"

"Who just saved your magical ass? Me." Tony pointed out, "I seriously don't know how you fit your head in that helmet."

"Should we say something?" Tess whispered to Peter, "Honestly, I have no idea."

"Admit it. You should've ducked out when I told you. I tried to bench you. You refused."

"Unlike everyone else in your life...I don't work for you." Stephen spoke, "And due to that fact, we're now in a flying doughnut...billions of miles from Earth, with no backup."

"I'm...we're backup." Peter announced, "No, you're both stowaways. The adults are talking."

"I'm sorry I'm confused as to the relationship, here. What is he, your ward?"

"No." Peter cut off, "I'm Peter by the way, and that's Tess."

"Doctor Strange." Stephen replied, "Oh, we're using our made-up names...umm, I'm Spider-man then."

"That is his real name, Peter." Tess stated, "You're Leigh's Dad?" she asked dis-tastefully, and the man nodded.

"The ship is self-correcting its course. Things on auto-pilot."

"Can we control it? Fly us home." Strange asked, Tony breathed not responding, "Stark?"

"Yeah?" he turned to face the man, "Can you get us home?"

"Yeah, I heard you. I'm thinking, I'm not so sure we should." Tony spoke, almost regrettably.

"Under no circumstances can we bring the time stone to Thanos," Stephen explained slowly, "I don't think you quite understand what's at stake here."

This made Tony angry, "What? No. It's you who doesn't understand that Thanos has been inside my head for six years. Since he sent an army to New York and now he's back." he paused standing very close to Stephen.

"And I don't know what to do. So I'm not so sure if it's the better plan to fight him on our turf or this...but you see what they did, what they can do. At least on his turf he's not expecting it. So I say we take the fight to him."

"Yeah," Tess cheered quietly, "Not the time...I know."

"Do you concur?" Tony asked, "All right, Stark. We go to him. But you have to understand...if it comes to saving you or the kid, or the stone...I will not hesitate to let any of you die."

"I can't because the universe depends on it," Stephen finished, "Nice. Good moral compass." Tony patted Stephen's arm.

Tony sighed approaching the Parkers, "All right, kids. You're both Avengers now," he dubbed.

"Cool," Tess smiled, holding her hand up for Peter, "Yo, Peter...are you really gonna leave me hanging?"

Peter high-fived her, still a bit star-struck.

"Let's not die, ok?" Tess looked towards Peter, "Yeah, good plan."
