This made Kevin wonder... Would their eyes change as well? Would they join him in having such wonderful Blackened eyes? True they had not always been this way but that was a matter for another time. Oh he hopped they would. He hopped they to would have Back sclera eyes with cute little Gold irises. They would look just adorable!
"You made it!" Kevin grinned widely. His double did not seem to hold his same Enthusiasm. Back in Desert Bluffs that would give you a one way ticket to the calming chambers. But sadly those two were not in Desert Bluffs. Cecil set their child down on the sand and held their hands. Kevin had to keep calm. They just had to pass the Barrier and they would be in his arms. He just had to keep thinking positive.
"I see you made good of our little deal" Diego said with a smirk. Carlos nodded and rounded his shoulders.
"Correct... we brought them, However how we need a new deal" Diego raised an eye brow to him.
"Is that so?" Cecil nodded.
"Yes... Just like how you didn't trust us to bring them back... we don't exactly trust you to... we need, What did you call it... right and "Incentive" first" Kevin and Diego snickered at taht. Well wasn't that cute they were trying to play them at their own game! How adorable!
"Alright... What did you have in mind" He grinned. Carlos walked over and stood at the Barrier.
"A blood pact... This is for all the Marbles persay. We four agree here and now to be Aero's Parents. Sundays we trade of" Diego blinked at them then smirked.
"This is quite permanent" Carlos nodded. Cecil looked at his Husband and nodded as well but Kevin could see how Cecil's grip tightened ever so slightly on Aero's small hand. They were so cute and tiny. Diego nodded and walked closer. As did Kevin and Cecil. Cecil let go of Aero's hand and knelt down. Kevin could hear him whisper to Aero softly.
"Don't touch anyone while we do this Aero... afterwards is ok though" Aero nodded and looked around instead. It really was quite cute. Carlos was the first to take out a knife. it was tiny really. Just a small pocket knife. He cut his and Cecil's wrists. Then looked at Diego and Kevin. They didn't say anything using their own Knives to slice their wrists. Not to deep after all they wouldn't want to bleed out. As their blood mixed into the sand Carlos started to chant. Then it was time for them to put in the conditions.
"Sundays we must all meet here. Nightvale sunset, Desert Bluffs sunrise. We will switch our child Aero between eachother once a week" Carlos said. Diego was next.
"During that week none will get in the way of the other and how they chose to raise the Child Aero. Each may give their input but It is up to the Family the child Aero is with to us it or not" Cecil was after.
"The Child Aero will not be harmed by either family Otherwise this Packed will be Void. The Child's care is of the upmost important" Diego made a small crack in his smile at that but it was alright. They had not planned to harm their child anyway. They would be safe and healthy. Now it was Kevin's turn.
'The Child Aero will be Allowed to Listen to Both Radio stations at both homes. As well as Contact both Families whenever they wish. This is so they do not disconnect with either home" Cecil looked shocked at this. He had obviously thought it strange but Kevin knew better. Desert Bluffs did not have any issue with listening to Nightvale radio but he knew Nightvale had quite an issue with listening to Desert bluffs Radio. He would not have his child away from him. He would give them little messages each night if he had to so they knew how he cared for them.
After that the Pact was set. A bright red light shined and the blood mixed well. A small Black line wrapped around each of their wrists. For Cecil and Kevin it was nothing. Just another Marking on their already Covered skin. But for Carlos and Diego... it was a bit of a noticeable change.
