Chapter 15: Maid Café Date, Relax Day

It was a chill day, I was laying upside down on the couch, cause I was bored and thinking of what to do today.
Raven walked over as I was just sitting there upside down.
R: "Hey Sky."
S: "Hm? Oh, hey."
She was confused on why I was sitting upside down, laughed bout it then sat down next to me as I sat normally.
R: "I've been thinking about something for a lil bit."
S: "Oh?"
R: "Well, we've been together for a lil while, and never really, been on a date, and well there's this new café that opened up, and uh."
S: "Are you asking me on a date?"
R: "Yeeah."
S: "Yes, that be nice, I mean, we never officially went on a date. And I heard about a Maid Café down the road, if you wanna go there?"
R: "Yes, pls."
S: *Small laugh* "Alright, let's go."
R: "Do-do we need to dress fancy or something nice or like-"
S: "Hey(3x), relax, idc about that fancy, dressing nice bullshit, we'll just casual everyday clothes, be comfortable as ourselves."
She hugged me.
S: "Well, let's go."
We warped to the outside of the Café.
I took a peak inside.
S: "Oh. It's student ran. Ooooh, it's a clubs that's why."
We walked in and walked up to the counter.
I studied the menu to see what would seem good for both of us.
Turns out, some of out friends/classmate help run the Café with the Club.
A: "Hello welcome to the Maid Café how can we- Oh, hey Sky and Raven."
S: "Hey Artemis."
A: "What can we get you?"
I discussed with Raven and see agreed with the choice I picked.
S: "We'll get 2 hot chocolates, and 2 chocolate muffins."
He wrote it down on a notepad.
S: "Oh. You guys use notepad still?"
A: "Yes, it's more convenient to write down the order so we don't forget."
He put the order on the paper on the window behind him where the kitchen is.
S: "I mean, if y'all are ok with it, I can add a system that if you write the order on a specific app and hit send when order is completed, it will got to a big screen in the kitchen to show what order is on deck, next, being prepared, on hold or done. Then done will have the total sent to the tablet it was sent by. It's very cool system that's make taking orders a lot more better and not using a calculator everytime."
A: "Oh. Well, if you stay here, the store owner should be dropping by today."
S: "Alright."
A: "And one final question before you two sit down while we get your orders ready."
S: "hm?"
A: "Are you gust on a date?"
S: "Yea. We never officially been on one, and today is a chill day. So yea, we are."
A: "Oh ok, well you to look cute together. Your order will be out soon."
We took the tall window seats.
Raven kinda struggled getting in the seat, but I helped her, and sat back down in my chair with easy.
R: "Ok. Fuck you for being tall."
We laugh.
I look at Raven in her eyes.
S: "Everytime I look at you, you have this beautiful gaze back, with your pretty brown eyes, than turn red sometimes, your nice black hair, your pretty face, I could go on but I'd be here all day talking how beautiful and pretty you are."
She smiled and blushed.
R: "I've never really asked, when we aren't in school, what do you do for like, a hobby?"
S: "Well, I'm actually both a Content and Music creator. I've made alot of videos, I'm like the most well known around the world, and I've made alot of music. I have one in the works but it's takin me awhile to make it good."
R: "Oh. That's cool."
I looked at my phone and saw a notification from email.
I went to it and saw that, it was a sponsor deal to my personal email.
S: "oh?"
R: "What's up?"
S: "A sponsor email went to my personal email. This one I use for most of my socials."
R: "Ooh, who's/what's it from?"
I looked at it, and it was from one of my favorite coffee stands, Bigfoot Java.
S: "Wow, I got a sponsor deal with Bigfoot Java. That's cool."
R: "Wow, how does that work?"
S: "Sponsorship involves a business relationship between two parties, where one party (sponsor) provides support in the form of funding, resources, or services to the other party (beneficiary). The beneficiary, in return, allows access to the sponsor for rights and associations for commercial advantage.
By me showing their product on a sponsor clip in my video or stream, and if they use a promo code I've been given, whatever purchase of the product, the portion in a week that's I agreed to will go to me."
R: "Oh, that's really cool. You have some much cool things that happen, I wish I can see them forever."
S: "That wish will be granted, when the time is right."
We finish up our date, we waved goodbye to the Maid Café, but before we left I made them a small promo video for the Monark Academy FB page.
Then me and Raven went back to our dorm.
We starts something next week, forgot what it was tho.
