Warning:
These are ninth grade students. Mentions of drugs, sex, and swearing will all occur. Since I'm not quite in ninth grade yet, it will all be guessing- I don't know why I choose ninth, but...

Info:
The main/side characters are based of REAL PEOPLE. I've gotten all of their permission to write this- and one is based off myself. They have flaws and insecurities, as the real people do. My intent isn't to poke and prod at their flaws, but rather celebrate them as a person. As for the 'mean kids'- they are all OCs.

This book was not made to mock anyone, or insult them, but rather highlight the way people are. Most of the time I've focused on their main personality trait, HOWEVER remember that they are all different and awesome. I truly think that each and every person I based the characters off is wonderful (with the exception of one or two- who might really become dealers and don't have the brain capacity to read anyways -.-)

Main Characters:

Lewis Peters: Lewis is the son of the sport teacher, with fast metabolism and not a single athletic bone in his body. He's obsessed with books, reading and annoying people, and considers himself a master of annoying. He and Amelia have been friends since second grade and love annoying the hell out of each other- or at least trying. Lewis is featured on the front cover.

Brian Edward: Brian is the schools champion runner. He'll go go go until he wins or drops from exhaustion. He used to be a bully until third grade, when he met Lewis, who changed him into the partner in crime of the group. He and Amelia got off to a little bit of a rocky start, but are now great friends. He loves dragons. Brian is not featured on the front cover, unfortunately.

Bethany Pride: Bethany is obsessed with dragons. She'll read, draw and breathe them. She's also an avid reader, and pretty good at sports. She's a hipster, however she denies it. She also enjoys the company of her dogs and friends, but has a short temper. Bethany and Amelia were besties in prep, but their friendship has kind of loosened. Bethany is featured on the front cover.

Amelia Madding: Amelia is one of those people who will barely speak to you when you meet her, but when you befriend her, she'll be chasing you around campus yelling death threats because you stole her pencil case. She's an avid reader, though her people skills are... Questionable. She thinks the world of her friends, however, and they're a tight-knit group. Amelia is featured on the front cover.

Okay, the secondary characters will come in later. I hope you enjoy he book- particularly BookNerd_L , who the character of Lewis is based off of. I hope I don't butcher his character O.O.
