Izuku slowly fiddled with his bag, looking back at the blonde. The two had been dating for over a year, and had experienced many different and amusing experiences together. Graduations, birthdays, holidays... Every special moment, they shared. Even when Izuku had to get surgery for his appendix, Bakugou was there. Everything.
So of course, it's normal to feel this way... Having to part ways. While Bakugou was studying at a local college, wanting to take over his parent's modeling agency, Izuku had found himself a University, to study medicine. Unfortunately, the only University that he was accepted in, was in America. Therefore, they had to leave each other. Something they had never done before.
"So... I guess this is goodbye..? I'll call you when I land." Midoriya shakily spoke, eyes watery. Bakugou stuffed his hands in his pockets, not wanting to reveal any emotion to the greenette.
"Yeah... Although our time frames will be different." The blonde stated, smiling softly. Izuku smiled back, pulling his tall boyfriend into a hug.
"I wish I didn't have to leave. I don't want to be alone, without you, at the other side of the planet." The short boy sniffled, stuffing his face in the blonde's chest. To these words, Bakugou couldn't help but let a quiet tear fall.
"You'll be fine, besides... You're only gone for a year, then you come back for holidays, then another year, and it's done! See, fast!" Bakugou chuckled, grabbing the boy by his shoulders. Midoriya smiled, nodding, before a stream of tears flowed down his cheeks.
Both boys collided into another hug, this time, both crying.
"You'll be fine, I promise, Izuku. We'll call every night, or every morning, whichever you prefer. And while you're gone, I'll be able to see other men without you knowing!" Katsuki spoke, pressing a kiss on the curly locks of green hair.
Suddenly, the freckled male pulled away, offended.
"What?" He asked, brows furrowing together.
"I said; while you're gone, I'll be able to... Oh." The blonde's eyes widened, looking away.
"Are you serious?" Izuku asked, raising his voice. Immediately, an amused smirk appeared on his boyfriend's face, revealing that it was simply a joke. To that, Izuku smiled.
"Don't joke about that kind of stuff." He scoffed, wiping his tears. Katsuki nodded, giggling.
"See, it'll do you good to be away from me, for a while. Okay? And besides, we'll FaceTime every night as I said." The tall boy said, pressing a gentle yet passionate kiss on the freckled male's lips. Suddenly, Izuku's flight was broadcasted throughout the airport.
"That's you... You should go." The blonde whispered, pulling his boyfriend into another short hug. Midoriya nodded, tears streaming down his face.
"Yeah. Goodbye, Kacchan." Midoriya spoke, gathering his suitcases. The greenette turned around, walking off into the crowd. Bakugou was left, standing alone.
...
Katsuki nervously playing with his fingers, staring mindlessly at his phone. Suddenly, it rang, his boyfriend's number appearing on screen. Immediately, he answered.
"Bonjour, my beautiful love." Katsuki spoke, plopping down on his bed.
"Hey! I told you I'd call you when I land... But I decided to wait until I reached my dorm room." Izuku responded.
"It's fine! So... Is it a nice dorm room, at least?" Katsuki asked, smiling to the sound of his boyfriend's voice.
"Yeah, pretty decent. I thought I'd be rooming with someone, but I'm alone." Midoriya yawned.
"You sound tired."
"I am." The greenette answered. Bakugou nodded, rolling over in bed.
"Then get some rest, you've had a long flight." The blonde sighed.
"But I said... I said I'd call you." His boyfriend responded.
"It's fine, go to bed." The 19-year-old boy ordered, earning a giggle.
"Alright, stop being so pushy. Goodnight, Kacchan... Love you." The small male whispered. Bakugou scoffed.
"Goodnight, love you too."
As both boys hung up, Katsuki sighed loudly. He rolled over again, looking over at the time. It was 11 o'clock, almost midnight. Which means, it was 12 o'clock for Izuku, in America... Lunch time.
The time zones were very different, which also meant they would have to figure out some way to stay in contact, without interfering with any of their schedules. Not to mention, Bakugou was fully packed for the next week. Between school, work, and looking for an apartment, he was completely jam-packed.
But he was going to figure out a way to stay in contact with Izuku, even if he'd have to call during the middle of the night.
Because Izuku A. Midoriya was the love of his life, and always will be.
Hello everyone!
This is supposed to be the last chapter of this book. However, I've decided I'll add another part. Chapter 13 will have a 3-Year time skip. So it's mostly just about Izuku and Katsuki's life, in the near future.
Thanks for sticking around, this far into the book. Your support means so much to me! I love you all, and hope you're having an amazing day! Bye!
