"what's wrong, sweetie?" he lifted her up and held her gently in his hands

"me too...let's be a good girl and go to sleep ok?"
"will eomma come back then?" her eyes lit up
"yes she will" jeno smiled
"yay!" she jumped out of jeno's arms and ran back to her room

"appa appa! can you tell me a story?" she yelled
"of course" he smiled

you finally arrived home after your business trip
you missed your daughter and your husband a lot
"jeno?" you whispered
there was no reply
the lamp in your daughter's bedroom caught your eye
"what did i say about turning the light off before bed?" you muttered
you pushed the door open, making it creak
hyejin leapt into your arms
"eomma!" she whisper/ shouted, jumping into your arms
"hi sweetie, where's appa?"
"he's over there" she giggled, pointing at her bed
jeno was asleep, with his legs dangling off the bed
"he read you a story but fell asleep first, didn't he?" you chuckled
"yeah, appa always does that"
"you go back to sleep, i'll take appa away"
"ok! goodnight eomma!"
"jeno, wake up, you big baby!" you smacked your husbands ass
"hyejin...go back to sleep please..." he mumbled
"what?! appa! it's eomma, not me!" hyejin giggled
jeno opened his eyes
"y/n!" he jumped up from the bed
"let's go, hyejin needs to sleep" you pulled him away
"goodnight, sweetie!" you yelled

"it was only two days" you giggled, stroking his hair
"two days of torture" he pouted
"go to sleep already, you big baby"
he got off you, but as soon as you lay down he came back again
"i love you~" he cooed
"i love you too my cute samoyed" you pinched his cheeks
"hehe~ goodnight baby" he giggled
