Kinkajou, Qibli, and Moon rushed down the halls to Kinkajou and Moons dorm room. When they got there, Kinkajou grabbed a book and her wallet.
"What are you doing?" Qibli asked her.
"I am going to make our friend Winter a little gift" Kinkajou said.
"He doesn't like gifts" Moon said.
"Everyone has to like gifts" Kinkajou laughed.
"If your not Winter" Qibli mocked.
"Let's just try it" Kinkajou sighed.
The three rushed to what was supposed to be the dorm/cave Winter was in. They saw inside a Icewing, but not Winter.
"Can the I help you?" the dragon asked,
"Do you know where Winter is?" Qibli asked.
"He just left for the mountains" the unfamiliar dragon replied.
The three rushed to the peaks of the mountains to see a dragon on its peak. He was starring into the glaciers of the Ice Kingdom. It was Winter.
"Winter!" Kinkajou yelled.
The Icewing turned around and to Moons shock actually gave a small smile.
"How you guys been" Winter asked quietly.
"Great" Kinkajou said to nobody's surprise.
"Wasn't as chill as you probably were" Qibli mocked.
"Not this again" Winter moaned.
"I-Ive bee.. uh.... been fine" Moon said stuttering.
"She ok?" Winter asked.
"Nervous?" Qibli said. "Anxious? Heart attacks?"
"We actually came to see if you were doing good" Kinkajou said proudly.
"Why wouldn't I be" Winter asked as if it wasn't obvious.
"You haven't been like what we remember 6 year old Winter" Qibli said.
I have to say something. Moon thought. I look so paralyzed.
She continued to stand shivering while her friends talked to Winter. She so wanted to say something, but she felt so.... guilty.
"Any big events going for you" Kinkajou asked Winter.
"No No" Winter quickly replied. "We have the first of many school dances in 3 weeks, but I may not go"
"That reminds me" Kinkajou said. "I have to go. See ya."
The little Rainwing flew off for the school leaving everyone else confused.
"I better get going to" Winter said.
So, the group went their separate ways and ended this conflict. Or did they?
