when keons was younger, HYDRA kidnapped him from his mother and forced him to be Bishop, and tuned into his powers to cause destruction. luckily when Hydra fell he escaped with one Bucky Barnes, and was finally allowed to be himself, and then he became Seer,a vigilante.
