Parents; sirius black, unknown girl. Bowie lived with Sirius until Sirius went to jail(when he was around 2 1/2),then he was given to Remus but the malfoys demanded he be given to them to raise alongside their son, Draco. Remus agreed on the terms that he could still be involved in his life, tutor him, have him on the weekends, and the malfoys, while reluctant, agreed.
Bowie was sorted into Slytherin, which remus knew the boy would with how ambitious and determined he is, once the boy set his mind to something it would get done in one way or another. As soon as Remus got the news he was proud of his son(COUGH WOLFSTAR COUGH).
Bowie has Poliosis, which doesnt really start showing up until he is 12, it causes the hair by his neck to turn white. so its mostly covered by his black hair. (i have an au/hc that Narcissa has Poliosis and thats why she has white and black hair so just run with it.)
Narcissa and Bowie are really the only two who teach Draco good manners, so when Draco came to school and immediately was a dick head it literally was just "ohh potter is it true you passed out" and Bowie would just speak up and be like "manners Draco, you musnt forget them."
Bowie is always kind of scarily calm and nonchalant, but hes also very much so anti capitalist, anti authority, anti police, pretty Usa leftist in general. he also has this like Deep, dark, low voice: he never raises his voice unless he needs to. hes almost constantly got a book in hand, normally a muggle book, his favourites are Tolkien, carrol, and cs Lewis's works. (meaning Lotr/the hobbit, alice in wonderland, and Narnia.) He also really enjoys muggle history and psychology books. he excells in Transfiguration, Divination, Alchemy, Ancient Runes, and Tested out of Potions early and works as a teachers assistant for Snape for bigger classes. his favourite teachers are McGonagall, Snape and Trelawney.
