In the land where heroes and legends are born,
A tale of justice and redemption, a tale unknown.
Lived a young man with a heart as pure as gold,
By the name of Alburney Jones

He tended the fields with care and pride,
With his loyal swine companions by his side
But envy struck within his kin, his brother filled with greed,
His world crumbled, his lasso replaced by chains of slavery.

Sold away from everything
From the land he called his own,
Torn from his loved ones and his herd,
Alburney was alone

Yet this simple man did not stay broken
For a flame ignited in his heart
A flame of grit and courage
For an opportunity to depart

He broke away from the chains
With boldness in his bones
And escaped his captors
Both couldn't hold Alburney Jones

He rode across the desert far and wide
Till he arrived in Dodge City, a lawless town
Among its good citizens, Alburney wasn't fooled
For this is where danger lurked and evil was abound

Crooks and thieves ruled the city
Terrorizing the land
But Alburney stood his ground, with his lasso in hand

He roped up every misdeed
Lassoed every misbehavior
A new sheriff to be, the town's next savior.

From wrangling herds to wrangling outlaws,
Alburney became Dodge City's shield
Through the streets, he brought order and peace,
His presence alone would force evil to yield

From the town newbie to a hero of the West
His legend grew, his name on every tongue
A symbol of hope and justice
To which all the villains succumb.

His legend would be told in the bars and saloons
To children by their parents in their homes
Of the man who conquered darkness
The legend of Alburney Jones
