I stood up holding my head caused by dizziness.

Pumasok ako sa banyo to do my morning routine.
Habang sinisipilyo ko ang aking ngipin, inaalala ko yung mga kaganapan kagabi.

I shaked my head to get him out of my thoughts.
I continued to brush my teeth at lumabas na para ayusin ang aking kama.
A piece of paper fell off when I fixed the sheets.
Yung letter.
Right. It was a fool of me to believe that it was special.
Pinulot ko ito at inipasok sa drawer.
I finished fixing my bed so I went downstairs for a meal.
"Are you cooking, Dad?" I asked upon smelling something being cooked.
"Good morning, sweetie." He said at nagbeso ako sa kaniya.
"I heard Lizzy passed out last night. You should've just called me for chaperone."
"Yeah. It's fine dad. Hindi naman kami masyadong naglasing. We're okay!"
I defended. I honestly just don't want to bother him.
"Uhuh? Yet Feliz still got knocked out drunk."
Tinignan ako nito na para bang kinuwestyon ang buhay kong puno ng katangahan.
"Sorry." I apologized.
"Are you mad, Dad?"
He flipped the pancakes to the other side before he looked at me again.
"Just disappointed."
He sighed.
And now I feel bad. Yumuko ako dahil sa kaguiltihan.
"Alam mo naman Sora na hindi ko kayo pinipigilan ng mga kaibigan mong magbonding. You do what you want. It's not a problem to me. Ang akin lang is you should also consider the consequences."
Inilagay nito ang mga pancakes sa plato at niligyan ng honey. Hindi na ako sumabat pa.
"Oo nga at okay kayo ngayon. But what if may masamang nangyari sa inyo? It's not that I don't trust you girls. It's just that I don't trust people around you."
I do understand.
He handed me the plate na may pancake and looked at me with a smile on his face.
Napangiti rin ako.
I am the only family he has. I get where he's coming from. Ayaw niya lang na pati ako ay mawala rin sa kaniya, so do I.
"Sorry talaga, Dad. Bawi ako next time." I assured him.
"It's okay. Next time sa weekends nalang kayo mag clubbing. Look at Lizzy. Aabsent daw today kasi may hangover siya. That's what her Dad told me."
Tumango naman ako at nagcut ng pancake.
"Siya nga pala, Dad. May pinsan ba akong singkit?" Tanong ko matapos maalala yung lalaki across the club last night.
"Hmm, sa side ng mama mo? Marami." Napaface-palm naman ako doon.
Of course mayroon! Especially na Half Japanese si Mama. What did I expect ba?
