That nigh, Ron was sleeping like always, loudly snoring.

But Harry and Y/N were not. Y/N had insisted to go and search something about Nicholas Flamel in the Restricted Section, and Harry agreed instantly, so that he could stay with his brother a little.

They hadn't passed too much time together recently.

Harry had Quidditch Practice, and Y/N passed even more time than Hermione inside the Library, studying, reading, and doing his homeworks, so that he could keep getting high grades.

Every time they met, Y/N was just too tired to talk.

Harry grabbed the Cloak of Invisibility from his trunk, and together with Y/N, he went downstairs, to the now empty Common room.

They looked at each other.
Harry: Are you sure you want to do this?
He asked.

Y/N smirked at him.
Y/N: You know I am.
He said.

Harry chuckled a little.
Harry: Fine, then.
He said, as he put the Cloak over themselves.

It was big enough for the two of them to perfectly fit beneath it.

He and Y/N had decided to use Y/N's bracelet only on very important situations.

After some tests, they had discovered that Y/N, using the bracelet, could make Harry and Ron turn invisible together with him, but in order to achieve that, they had to be in contact with Y/N.

According to Ron, that was really cool.

The twins finally arrived in the Library, and made their way to the Restricted Section.

It was blocked by an Iron gate, and unfortunately for them, it was locked.

Y/N took his wand out, and pointed it at the gate.
Y/N: Alohomora!
He whispered, as the gate finally opened.

They both went past it, and pulled away the Cloak, putting it on a table, together with their lamp.

They started searching through the dusty shelves.

Then Harry took a big book, and took it to the table. But when he opened it, a face appeared on its pages, and the book started screaming really loudly.

He quickly closed it, but they had already messed things up.

The door opened, and they jumped in surprise, making their lamp fall to the ground and shatter to pieces, making a noise that echoed for the empty library.

Filch: Who's there!
He yelled.

Harry pulled the Cloak upon themselves just in time.

Filch showed up, and stared at the broken lamp.

The twins slowly made their way out of the Library, paying attention not to make any noise, so that they wouldn't have been noticed.

As they were walking, however, they saw Snape pin Quirrel on the wall.

Quirrel looked at him.
Quirrel: I-I don't k-know what Y-You're talking about, S-Severus.
He squeaked, terrified.

Snape looked at him with nothing but pure disgust.
Snape: Don't lie to me.
He menacingly said.

Harry stared to breathe heavily, obviously anxious. The Cloak made them invisible, but it couldn't muffle the sounds they made. It was just a Cloak, after all.

Snape's head slowly tilted to their direction, and he slowly stretched his arm forward, just in front of them, as if he knew something was there and he wanted to grab it.

Y/N put a hand on Harry's mouth, slowly backing off, and leading him to an empty classroom, as Filch arrived, distracting Snape.
