They looked around, still a bit sleepy. The entire dorm was empty, except for the two of them, and Ron, who was smiling widely at them.
Ron: Merry Christmas! He said.
Harry&Y/N: Merry Christmas, Ron! They both said.
Harry: What are you wearing, by the way? He asked, as they both noticed Ron wearing a Scarlet Jumper with a big and yellow 'R' on the front.
Ron: Oh, this... My mom made it. Maybe you have one in your presents. He said.
That's when the twins' eyes widened. Harry: Presents? He asked, as if Ron had just gone mad.
Ron: Yep, that's right. Don't tell me you haven't noticed the pile of presents in front of your beds! He said.
That's when they saw them. A small pile of presents at the end of their beds.
They started to open them, too happy to talk.
One of them, particularly cought Y/N's attention.
It was a small package, carefully covered in golden paper.
He opened it. Inside, there was a peculiar bracelet.

It was made of silver, and had a very shiny appearance.
But what caught Y/N's attention even more, was the shiny, blue gemstone on it.
Together with it, there was a piece of parchment.
'It was your mother's. Your father gifted it to her, and she gave it to me some days before her death. She told me to do it to you once I had the chance. And I think It's now time it is returned to you.'
Y/N's heart skipped a beat.
There was no signature on that piece of parchment. Ron looked at both Harry and Y/N.
Y/N decided to put the bracelet on. In that exact moment, he vanished, shocking Harry and Ron.
Harry&Ron: Y/N! They both yelled, looking around and trying to find where he was.
Y/N, however, was way too amazed. He looked at his own body, and to his excitement, it was completely transparent.
Ron: Where the bloody hell are you? He asked, now starting to worry.
Y/N: I'm still here. He said, getting up and walking towards them.
Harry: Where? He asked.
In that exact moment, Harry walked trough Y/N.
Y/N's eyes widened. Y/N: Harry? He said.
Harry: What? He asked. Y/N: You just walked through my body. He said.
Harry: What? How can I do that if I can't even see you? You just vanished into thin air! He said, now worried.
Y/N: I'm just like... A ghost? Can this be what the bracelet does? Turn people into ghosts? Well, if the effect is permanent, then this could be a problem. What can I do to return visible? He worriedly thought.
He scanned the bracelet for clues. That's when he saw it.

The blue gemstone had just turned of a bright red color.
Y/N: Wait, wasn't this blue just a few seconds ago? Am I seeing things, now? He thought, as he mindlessly put his finger on the gem.
