Oc or reader is the daughter of all for one who has the same quirk as him but she cant give away quirks, and once she has a quirk it cant be taken from her, who was an abusive father who manipulated her,
taking people with any quirks and sometimes hero's and torturing them Infront of her until she said she wanted their quirk then he makes her take their quirk and kill them as he made her watch.
By the time she was 10 she had over 30 quirks (some are wings, 5 healing quirks for herself, 10 strength quirks, 9 speed quirks, enhanced eyesight, enhanced hearing, enhanced reflexes, spider sense, being able to stick to anything, 5 durable quirks, 3 healing quirks that let her heal others, elemental resistance, weapons summon, elemental quirk including the sub elements, and more).
She finally escapes and becomes a vigilante injuring people and taking their quirks making people think the vigilante disabled their quirk forever.
