When Will She Meet the Team

Spencer's P.O.V

                   I sat at my desk doing my paperwork from the last case. I yawn and decide to get a cup of coffee. I stand up and head to the little coffee station to make my coffee. Gideon walked up next to me and looked at me, curiously.

                   "When are we going to meet her Spencer?" Gideon asked. I knew he was asking about Carrie but I was worried that the team wouldn't like her.

                    "I want her to meet the team. But I don't want to scare her away either and I want the team to like her. She really understands me and really makes me happy. The team really has no idea about her. I know she has a long weekend and was planning to come visit me. I actually offered to take her to her prom. I didn't go to mine and she wasn't planning on going to hers. I didn't want her to miss out on her high school festivities like I did." I said to him.

                     Gideon smiled at me and placed a hand on my shoulder. He walked away without saying anything else. I was trying to think of a way to maybe make her stay for a while. Maybe she could come work here but she would have to go through training. She could meet with Hotch and if he likes her, she could start at least being a consultant. I noticed the last few times I saw her, she seemed to really notice things about things that would be considered so unimportant and insignificant.

                      I get Carrie's file and head to Hotch's office. I knocked on the door and heard him tell me to come in. I walk in and sit down.

                      "What is it Reid?" He asked as he looked up from his paperwork.

                      "Well, I think I found someone to help out. She's still in school but when I sat with her, I really started noticing her profiling skills. She has a high IQ and is at the top of her class." I said to him.

                      "Well I'll give her a call and set up a meeting. Do you know when she would be up here?" Hotch asked.

                      "This weekend. She was coming up to visit me. I thought it would be great opportunity for her to meet the team." I said to him. He nodded and sent me out so he could make the phone call. I hope she accepts his offer. It would be really great for her to work here and really get to know the team. I walk out of his office and sit at my desk. I continue to do my paperwork and hear my phone ding. I take out my phone and see a text from Raquel.

                       "I'm leaving Friday afternoon and I would be heading to the airport right after school. I should be there early Friday evening. I can't wait to see you when you pick me up at the airport. By the way, I got a call from an Agent Hotchner. He said that he would like to meet with me about joining the team." Raquel texted to me. I smile at her message and finish my paperwork. I head home and think about how the team would react to meeting her for the first time. I hope they like her and see what I see in her.
