Topic: racism in kpop
My opinion: not all idols are "uneducated" or "stupid" some are actually fucking rasict. It's time we open our eyes and see it. I won't mention any idols btw. Just because you like the idol doesn't make them less racist. Just because the idol is sweet and has a cute personality doesn't make them less racist. Just because an idol is pretty doesn't make them less racist. Just because an idol is famous doesn't make them less racist. Realize that. Some are, so do things that are obviously fucking racist, yet since you like them, it's okay? No. It's not okay. But no, that goes for everything. Like, for the Kris Wu situation (okay so maybe I am mentioning an idol but whatever) a lot of people defended him and STILL is definending him because they liked him. Because he's handsome (lmao no cause pedo doesn't look good on him) and because he was in exo, he's "innocent" ? No wtf. He's a grown ass man, had a fucking family, yet he still did this? I had a lot of respect for him back when he was with exo, I really liked him. And hearing this news broke my heart. Just because I liked him doesn't mean he's innocent, he's a fucking pedophile for crying out loud. My point is, like them or not, they're not alway innocent, so stop covering it for them because they're your favorite idol! 🤦♀️
