"Mochida~!" Ayumi yelled, hugging her classmate. "Yes, Shinozaki, what is it?" The brunette asked a little exasperatedly. The little bluenette smiled cutely at him. "Ne, would you come over to my house so we can study together?", she asked. Satoshi sighed and looked up into a pair of curious grey eyes that were watching this from across the room. "Um, why don't you ask Yoshiki?", he suggested. Ayumi wrinkled her nose. "Kishinuma? Why should I ask him?", she asked a little irritated. "Well he may need some help too...after all this next test is supposed to be challenging." She frowned. "I'd rather not...." Satoshi saw those grey eyes darken with hurt. (How the hell can he hear them?)

Seiko noticed what was going on and wandered over to them. "Ne, Shinozaki? Isn't it your duty to help classmates in need? You might benefit from helping Knight-Kun~!" She chirped. Ayumi thought about it. After a few seconds she decided that Seiko was right. "Fine, I'll go ask him..." She went over to where Yoshiki had started looking out the window. "Ne, Kishinuma-Kun?" She said. The tall blonde glanced over his shoulder at her. "Yes, Shinozaki-chan?", he asked. "Would you like me to help you study for the test this week?", she asked begrudgingly. He turned around fully. "Really?" She nodded. "Sure."

*Le Scene Skip*

Yoshiki was quickly becoming irritated. First Ayumi had criticized his apartment. Then she had insulted the way he lived. Now, that they were actually working, she wouldn't stop talking about Satoshi. He kept quiet though, trying not to snap at her. "- and he's just so smart and his eyes are so....*cue fangirl sigh*....beautiful....", Ayumi was saying. He bit the inside of his cheek, staying silent. His heart was breaking inside, while he kept his face free of his pain.

Ayumi went on and on, never noticing the anguish and heart break in her study partner's eyes.
