It's night out and Amara, Katherine, Elena and I stand around a small table in the drawing room. Tessa puts a grimoire on it and I can't help but to stare at all three of the look a-likes. This is so weird...but it's so cool. "What is that?" Amara ask as she point towards the grimoire.
"It's Bonnie's grimoire." Elena answers her.
Amara looks confused, still not understanding what Elena is talking about. "A grim--what?"
Katherine then get's annoyed and looks at her. "It's a magic spell book." She then mumbles under her breath. "Idiot."
"To be fair Katherine, Amara has been turned to stone for 2,000 plus years...she doesn't know what anything is. It's like she's waking up from coma." I stated and Amara looks at me confused.
"What's a coma?" My eyes widened a bit and I look away. Maybe she is a lost cost, but I love her voice. It's so soft and delicate.
Tessa chuckles at the doppelgänger and roll her it's as she put's the subject back on the important thing at hand. "It's a talisman. Since Bonnie can't be here, her grimoire will have to do. Hands in, palms up." Amara extends her arm shyly but Tessa grabs her and cuts her palm with a blade that was on the table. The blood falls on the grimoire. "Sorry, love. Did that hurt?"
"I've been through worse." She says quietly and gently and I rub her back. Even though she slept with her friend boyfriend, she doesn't really seem like the type to do such a thing. Well...looks can be very deceiving.
Katherine extends her arm. "Let's make this quick please." Katherine grabs the blade while Tessa just simple pokes her hand and the blood falls on the grimoire as well. Elena smiles and extends her hand to Tessa and she does the same to Elena hand with the tip of the blade. The blood falls on the grimoire.
Tessa then closes her eyes and starts the spell, and chants the same thing, over and over again. "Ina pran khos suptheia jhem ai pada khey rasattan. Ina pran khos suptheia jhem ai pada khey ra sattam, ina pran khos suptheia jhem ai prada khey rassattan!" As Tessa casts the spell, the blood of the three doppelgängers form the celtic symbol called Triquetra, meaning "trinity". All the candles light up, then they go out as Tessa opens her eyes. "No."
"Is it done?" I asked confused and she groans.
"No, it's not done." The wind blows strong, the lights crack with electricity and the bulbs explode.
We all look around the room confused and I start to get extremely worried. I don't want die this way...I mean I'm not saying that I'm going to die but...this would be a stupid way to go. "What is happening?" I asked the witch as the wind continuous to blow through the house.
"Silas is happening!" Tessa says to me before yelling out into the room. "Show yourself, bastard!" The room goes dark and suddenly, I'm quickly pulled away. I go to scream but someone place there hand over my mouth. "It's just me, cool it."
I start calm down when I hear the voice, it's just Tessa. She removes her hand and I look at her. "Don't scare me like that woman, how did you get us out of there so face?" I asked mildly confused. I mean that was pretty damn fast.
"A magician never tells their secret." She winks at me and I playfully roll my eyes at her as she picks up a candelabrum and lights it with her magic. "Let's go and find that son of a bitch, Silas."
"Can't we just call it a night, grab my cure, and have a great night with just us and two boxes of pizza?" She looks at me as we walk through the house, it was a very stern look...like a 'are you crazy' type of look. "Fine, kill Silas first...then the cure."
"I'm so glad that you're keeping up." We walk into the library and Silas was there leaning against a shelf with bandage on his neck. "That was quite the show, Silas."
