👸🏻21. I'm not running for the hills👸🏻

"WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!!" She shouts and I quickly cover her mouth. Sometimes I forget that she has a big mouth and someone needs to tape it shut when we have moments like this.

"First of all, it's super late and we're in a house filled with vampires!!! You need to shut your ass up!" She nods and I slowly remove my hand. "Now, we can talk about this tomorrow during lunch or something. I'll find us a place where we can talk privately."

"Find, but this is the juiciest tea I've ever had since we found out that your sexy hot fiancé is part of the supernatural world." I playfully roll my eyes at her and gets up from my bed. "I'll definitely be in here extra early."

"Hey! Don't speak a word of this to anyone, not even Kol!" She rolls her eyes and nod before leaving the room.

I walk over to my bathroom so I could take me a nice long shower. I can't get the image of Klaus out of my head, but there is one question that keeps spinning around in my head. Whenever Klaus was feeding from my mom, there was someone else with him. They said a name but, I'm pretty sure that it wasn't Klaus.

Maybe it was Elijah who was with him....I don't know. That Genevieve woman seemed to know a lot about his pass, maybe Brooke and I could go and talk to her tomorrow. I really hope that my nightmare was a mistake, because I really don't want Klaus to be behind all of this.

~Next Day Time Skip~

I finished getting dressed and made my way downstairs. I don't really want to speak to Klaus until I get to the bottom of all this.

Once I make it to the courtyard, I wave at some straggler vampires and head to the dining area where Klaus and his family, along with Brooke, are having breakfast. "Good Morning love, do you sleep well?" Nik asked I smile politely and nod.

Rebekah, Brooke and Kol chuckles and I look at them with a glare before picking up a grape from the plate. "So prin-" Before Rebekah could finish that sentence we all glare at her. "I mean Ava, what are your plans today?"

"Well, Brooke and I made plans to have lunch and explore the city together, since last time we tried she was kidnapped by your crazy father." I smile as I have seat and don't even notice that I was super close to Nik.

"We are?" Brooke asked confused and I kick her leg and glare at her. "Ow!!" She looks at me and I raise my eyebrows. "Oohhh yea, I mean she's right we did make plans."

Everyone looks at us skeptically and we both smile at them innocently. "Um, I could take you girls, I promise not to be all in your way." I look over at Nik and he smirks. God, I love when he smirks at me, but I can't let him in my head.

"No thanks, I think me and her shall go alone. No one in town knows that I'm the...you know, so I think Brooke and I could handle a nice stroll through the city." I eat some of my breakfast and I could feel the disappointment that's releasing from Klaus. If he killed my mother than that woman who was here last night must have the answers.

"Okay then, we'll let you enjoy your time in the city...alone." I send Nik and small smile and slowly push my food away.

"We should get going then." I get up from the table and Brooke kisses Kol and grabs a handful of fruits before heading towards the door.

"By the way tonight we're having a Masquerade costume ball!!" Rebekah says excitedly and we turn to face with a confused look.

"Why? We're in April." I asked and she chuckle.

"Us Mikaelsons love to have a good party for no reason." Kol says with a cheesy smile and I nod my head slowly.

"Um, that's cool I guess. I'll call my dress designers and have them make me something." Brooke and I  both leave out of the room, but then Klaus vamp speeds in front of me.
