To Lily Mayfield, a successful high school experience was her one way ticket out of a life that left little to be desired. A life where her step brother was killed at the hands of a monster and simply passed off as a mall fire, or where the dangers of the cursed town of Hawkins, Indiana followed her sister and their friends at every turn.
A life that once meant long campaigns with the Hellfire Club was soon traded in for a short skirt and a pair of pom-poms, days marked off on a calendar getting her closer and closer to graduation. However, when Hawkins finds a new danger unlike any they've ever faced, an old friend is left to take the fall, and soon becomes the town's most wanted man, threatening the lives of those she holds most dear, and the perfect future that was just within her grasp.
But news spreads like wildfire, and Lily may be one of the only ones who can find a way to prove his innocence.
