Chapter 11- The Kiss

"I love you Akshara.." he confessed

She didn't know how to react she waited for this moment for 6 years but what is she supposed to say to him...She remembered all the taunts that Harsh gave, how he called her a gold digger and blamed her for Abhimanyu's denial.

She was overwhelmed but those insults were replaying in her brain

She replied "But I don't...I'm sorry" with a blank expression and turned to leave.

This simple sentence of denial gave her a thousand deaths.

Abhimanyu just stood there with his broken heart...tears were continuously streaming down his cheeks. He tried to control his tears by rubbing his face on his sleeves but his tears were not ready to stop.

He slowly moved to go inside but going from the front door and facing everyone... he was tired he didn't want to meet anyone.

He slowly entered and went to his room from the back door.

Akshara felt she betrayed him today by hiding her feelings but if she would have accepted that she loves him too all those taunts from Harsh will become true that she came back for him.

She was controlling her emotions and focused on her work "Focus Akshara Focus"

She tried being normal but with every minute she felt suffocated..she wanted to escape.

She looked around at the party again and secretly clicked pictures of men who were with him to identify them easily.

She took selfies from different angles in front of them so they don't doubt her

Once she was done she took leave from the party.

Next Day

Abhimanyu wasn't able to focus on work so he decided to go and attend medical camp in a nearby village to keep his mind away from everything.

Akshu woke up determined to know more about S. M. Charitable Hospital and Trust and Rajesh. She still had 2 days left for joining so she decided to utilize the day and get more information about that men Rajesh from S. M. Hospital. She already had details about the hospital except for the updated list of all the members of the Hospital.

She drives to the location mentioned in the file.

When she reached there she was shocked there was just a board S. M. Charitable Hospital & Trust and there stood an old building it was partially damaged ...it looks deserted with few 2-3 cars standing behind the building.

She slowly pushed the door and went inside.

A man come from other side questioned her "Yaha Kya kar rahi ho?"

Akshara was startled to see him appearing suddenly out of nowhere.

She covered up "Umm...woh ek address puchna tha?"

He gave her a dirty expression ...she asked for some nearby location and that man intentionally gave wrong directions to her...Akshara could sense his wrong intentions with his dirty look. She left hurriedly

She took her car and drove in opposite direction at high speed because she noticed that person was following her and she didn't have an idea about how many people were exactly there in the building.

She smartly took some unexpected turns and finally she saved herself.

She was here to get information but what she saw was fishy.

She was on the highway 20 km away from the city.

She realized it was going to rain so she sped up to reach soon but after a few km, her car suddenly took a few hiccups and stopped with a jerk.
