Your alarm clock went off. You tried to turn around, to click the "off" button, but you felt someone's arms grip you tighter.

"Baby, I have to turn it off." You didn't realize you had called him the pet name, until he began talking. To ignore what you had said, you reached for the clock and clicked the button.

"Hello, baby girl. Baby, huh?" Your eyes widened.

"Maybe." You responded, remembering the conversation you had with Draco the night before.

"Sassy." He laughed.

"I'm not that sassy." You giggled.

"Mhm. Whatever you say, darling." He brought you closer to him.

"We have to get breakfast. We're going to leave soon." You reminded him.

"Uh, fine." He let you go for 0.5 seconds and held you tighter again. "In a few minutes."

"Draco! Get up!" He was scared.

"Sometimes I think you should be a Slytherin." He muttered and put on his shoes. You laughed at his comment.

"Well, I'm gonna take a shower and get dressed. I can't wear the same thing I wore last night." You chuckled. He nodded.

"Alright. I'll do the same. I'll be back in 20 minutes?" You agreed and said bye. Next, you showered and did your morning routine.

Once you finished drying your hair, you picked out your outfit. You knew the Malfoys had a thing for the colors green and black. With this information, you grabbed a dark green shirt and tucked it into black ripped jeans. After that, you put on a black jip-up jacket. For the shoes, you chose a pair of white sneakers.

You curled the bottom of your hair and put it in a ponytail. Now, you were comfortable and had a cute outfit on.

As you walked out of the bathroom, you saw a smirking blonde sitting on your bed. "Wow, darling. Maybe you are a Slytherin."

You laughed. "Please tell me your family dresses with these colors." He chuckled and nodded his head.

Luna soon walked in. When she saw you and Draco, she waved. "Hi, Y/n! Hello, Malfoy. How are you guys?" You both said you were doing well and she hugged you. She said goodbye to Draco and walked out of the door.

"She's nice."

"Yeah. That's one of the reasons she's my best friend." You laughed. You loved seeing him smile.

"Let's get going." You nodded, in reply.

You each went to breakfast and ate together. You said goodbye to your friends and agreed to owl them. Draco did the same with his friends.

"Time to go. Are you ready?" He saw the nervous look on your face and got concerned. You nodded. He took your hand. "It's alright. I'll keep you safe." You smiled at his thoughtfulness and walked into the train.

The ride went by so quickly that when you had 5 minutes left, you started getting anxiety.

"What are you doing?" You had been biting your lips, which was a habit you've had since you were young.

"Oh, bad habit." You laughed, embarrassed.

"It's fine. Just do this instead." He took off one of his rings and put it on your finger. It was pretty big, but still beautiful. The ring had two initials engraved onto it: D.M. "Play with that. Maybe it'll help." He our his arm around your shoulder and pulled you into his chest. "...They'll love you too. I promise." He whispered into your ear.
