"Oh... My... God!" Taylor exclaimed, as she read the note.
"I know!" I yelled. I was really excited- But I think Taylor was more ecstatic than me. I really want to know more about this Charmont guy...
"And he used lyrics from your favorite song!" Taylor snapped me out of my thoughts. "Well, bye," She said, "I've got to get home. Good luck!" And listening to her iPod and fiddling with her glasses, she scurried off.
"Wait!" I yelled, ripping out Taylor's earbuds. "Can you come with me? Or at least tag along for the drive?"
"We'll be together again..." The sound of Amy Lee's voice blasted from Taylor's iPod. "Sure! I was hoping you'd ask!" She sighed happily. "Now, I've really got to get home, Elle. See ya!" Taylor skipped off, and grabbed her iPod out of my hand, going back to listening to Together Again.

I finally pulled into the parking lot as Tay applied a coat of lip gloss.
"Ready?" I say
"Yep!" She replied, popping the final letter.
I scan everyone's shoes, looking for that pair of black chucks- But I see two. The exact same pair! Great... Just great. One guy has curled jet black hair, the other scruffy brown hair. They both have light skin, and strong features.
"You good? Should I leave now?" Taylor asks.
"Can you stay? There are two guys- They've both got the same shoes that this Charmont had. Studded black chucks." I say to her.
"Oh... Here, you go to one guy, I'll go to the other." She suggests.
"Okay, sounds good. See that guy with black hair?" I point at him. "You go see if that's him. I'll go check with the other guy." While I walk over to the brown haired guy, I hear a bit of Taylor's conversation with Jet Black, and decide to listen to a bit more.
"Are you Charmont?" Taylor asks. She traces the tattoo she has on her chest, like she does when she's wondering something. Oh, Taylor. I remember when her parents freaked out when she got marked. When You Wish Upon A Star. She was grounded for an entire two months!
"No," the guy said. "I'm Tin."
"Oh, whoops. Sorry." Taylor said.
So then I start walking towards the guy who has to be Charmont, feeling more and more sure with each step. I finally get to the table and quietly say,
"Charlie?" I await a response. The brown-haired boy raises his head and reveals a blue mask over his eyes.
"Princess. You made it." He stands, takes hold of my hand and places a kiss upon it. "You can tell Taylor she can leave now. Unless she wants to spy on us from that booth behind me."
I giggle a bit as I sit in the chair across from Charmont. I give Taylor a look that says something like 'You can go now, but stay close.' She nods in understanding, buys a crepe, and walks out of the shoppe.
"Still wearing that mask I see" I say, looking back to Charlie.
"Yes. You like?" he replies
"I love." I say with a smile
"So, tell me a bit about yourself." he says
"Well..." His bright brown eyes flashed at me.
A small spark of panic jolted my spine. Why was I nervous? "My favorite subject is math."
"Math." he repeated.
"Yes."
"So, what kind of music do you like?" He flashed me a smile.
I smiled back as I answered, "Well, my favorite song is Falling In Love In A Coffee Shop by Landon Pigg!"
"Amazing song," He whispered, twirling a piece of my hair, "I've seen the paths that your eyes wander down... I want to come, too..." He sung.
Charlie had real dirt in his voice, so it sounded kind of rough. But in a nice, warm, comforting way.
"I think... that possibly, maybe I'm falling for you." He smiled.
"In a Starbucks?" I say jokingly
"Yeah," he replies. "In a coffee shoppe."
I think I was, too. And that's exactly what I said.
He leaned it close, but before it could go any further I spoke once more.
"And you?" I said
"What?" He muttered softly
"Your favorite song?" I reply "I told you mine, what's yours?"
"Oh. Dakota. By A Rocket To The Moon." He replied.
"Sing a bit?" I ask
He smirks as he backs off the table. "Sure." and he begins to sing. "Oh Dakota--! I know our love is new. I barely know ya--! I've fallen over you--"
I interrupt him "It's the way, you do, the things, you do, that make, me fall, in love with you. Dakota--"
"Are you in love with me too?" We finish the chorus together.
He smirks at me. "Please, keep singing." I say
"Okay." He says with a smile. "She's got a little bit of money and a little bit of this and its all she needs to live. I've got a little bit of love and a little bit of that and it's all I have to give. This time, I'll try not to show that I am not letting go."
This time, I sing the chorus on my own. I giggle a bit and sip the coffee Charlie had gotten for me. Of course it's my favorite. Go figure.
The rest of the day went perfectly. We ended up walking to the beach, getting fro-yo, and singing everything that came to mind. We walked the shore until the sun set. Then, because a certain best friend of mine stole my car, he took me home on his Vespa. he was such a gentleman. He walked me to my door, holding my hand. And just after saying goodnight, gave me a kiss on the cheek.
The night ended with me falling out onto my bed, cheerful screaming into my pillow, and dialing Tay's cell.
