Chapter One:

Once upon a time, long, long ago well more like 20 years ago, Belle married her beast in front of six thousand of their closest personal friends, big cake. Yeah so instead of a honeymoon,the beast united all of the kingdoms and got himself elected king of the united states of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks and basically all the really interesting people and he booted them off to the isle of the lost,with a magical barrier to keep them there.this is my hood, no magic, no wifi, no way out. Or so we thought. My name is Hayden and this is my story.

3rd p.o.v

Auradon

Prince Ben stood in the parlor room of his parents castle, looking out the window to the isle of the lost with a longing gaze, he was nervous about telling his parents about his first proclamation as the upcoming king of auradon. "Sleeve, head" the tailor says while measuring the king to be for his coronation suit. "How is it possible that you're gonna be crowned king next month? You're just a baby" beast said walking into the parlor with Belle on his arm. "He's turning sixteen, dear" belle says "Hey pops" ben says with a smile. "Sixteen? That's far to young to be crowned king. I didn't make a good decision until i was at least forty-two." beast says causing belle to scoff and turn to her husband "Uh, you decided to marry me at twenty-eight" she states. "It was either you or a teapot" beast says sending a wink at his son, who chuckles in response. "Kidding" beast adds. "Mom, dad.."ben starts causing the tailor to look up at him telling him not to move just yet. "I've chosen my first official proclamation, i've decided that the children on the isle of the lost be given a chance...." he pauses before continuing "to live here in auradon" his parents look at him in shock his mom lets out a gasp. "Every time i look out to the island, i feel like they've been abandoned." he continued. "The children of our sworn enemies? Living amongst us?" Beast asks in a mixture of shock and enrage. "We start with a few at first, only ones who need our help the most.i've already chosen them". Ben says with a small smile. "Have you?" beast asks "i gave you a second chance" belle says to her husband before turning to her son. "Who are their parents?" ben takes a deep breath before saying. "Cruella de Vil, Jafar, Evil Queen, Maleficent .....and Hades" the tailor lets out a squeak at the mention of Maleficent and hades. "Maleficent! She's the worst Villain in the land! And Hades! He's the god of the underworld! He tried to kill Hercules and Megara!" beast snarled at his son. "Dad, just hear me out here...." Ben tried. "I won't hear of it." beast says not budging. "They are guilty of unspeakable crimes." his voice raises a bit, the servants and tailor leaving the room to give the family privacy. "Dad, their children are innocent."Ben cried out, before continuing "don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life? Dad?" "I suppose the children are innocent.."beast says now calmly, turning to walk away a few paces waiting for his wife. "Well....well done." She says fixing Ben's suit. Turning to leave the room with her husband "shall we?" she says and they leave. Ben walks over to the window and gazes out at the isle of the lost deep in thought while twisting his ring on his finger.

Isle of the lost

Mal, the daughter of Maleficent stood in an alleyway spray painting her mothers silhouette on a brick wall and as she did so she began to sing. "They say i'm trouble, they say i'm bad" she hopped down from the crate she had stood atop before continuing pushing passed two people who were walking in her direction "they say i'm evil, and that makes me glad" nearby Jay the son of Jafar hopped down from a building landing on a metal storage container singing "a dirty no good, down to the bone" he climbed down a ladder before singing the rest "your worst nightmare, can't take me home" he pushed open the metal gate that lead him through a tunnel that was made from a metal storage container. Some ways away Evie the daughter of the Evil queen strutted across a table where it seemed people were eating they quickly grabbed their food before it got stepped on "so i've got some mischief, in my blood" she sang before crouching down under a rusting old yellow fence while looking at a boy her age "can you blame me? I never got no love" she finished climbing under the railing. Nearby coming from inside a building was Carlos, cruella de vil's son. "They think i'm callous, a lowlife hood" he sang walking down the alley before stealing a handkerchief from a nearby painter "i feel so useless" before the group shouted together "Misunderstood!" meeting up in an alleyway, Mal and Evie sang together. "Mirror, Mirror on the wall, who's the baddest of them all? Welcome to my wicked world...wicked world" the four children met up at the end of the alleyway. "We're rotten to the core, core who could ask for more." They sang and danced for a little while longer, when they finally stopped singing and dancing, Mal took a lollipop from a nearby passing kid, holding it up in victory. The crowd surrounding her and her friends cheered, but it suddenly stopped as Maleficent and the two of her minions approached the four children, the crowd had scurried off someplace else. Mal turned around clearing her throat "hi, mom" "stealing candy mal?i'm so disappointed" maleficent said back. Mal pursed her lips before holding it out for her mother "it was from a baby '' Mal says trying to make her proud. "That's my nasty little girl." taking the lollipop she spat on it and put it under her armpit before giving it to one of her minions "give it back to the dreadful creature" she states before ranting to mal about the difference between being mean and being truly evil. "Oh! There's News! I buried the lead, you five have been chosen to go to a different school.. In auradon" evie, jay and Carlos tried to make a run for it but they were grabbed by the minions. "What? I'm not going to some boarding school, filled to the brim with pink prissy princesses..'' Mal says to her mother. Evie walked up beside her "and perfect princes~ugh!" she says "yeah and i don't do uniforms,unless it's leather, you feel me?" Jay says, Carlos moves up behind Mal while saying "I read somewhere they allow dogs in auradon...mom said they're rabid pack animals who eat boys who don't behave" jay snuck up and barked in carlos' ear startling him "yeah! Mom we're not going '' Mal says, shaking her head.

Back at Maleficent's home, they all stood in front of Maleficent as she sat behind the desk. "And wait a minute...you said five of us.. There's only four" Mal says, narrowing her eyes at her mother. "Yeah, I mean, I might not be great at math but I can only count four of us...." Jay says pointing at each of his friends and himself evie's eyes then light up as she shares a look with carlos "unless.." evie says with an excited smile gracing her lips mal caught on to her blue friend and shook her head "no. There's no way he agreed to going to a school filled with princes and princesses and not to mention more demi-gods like him" mal denied looking at her mother in disbelief. A chuckle sounded behind the lot from the door. "You're right...i didn't agree." he says, stepping into the light and walking towards where the four teens stood, now looking at him. Jay was shocked, Carlos was happy to see him, evie looked smitten and mal....mal looked like she wanted to either hug or strangle him. The teen that stood before them was Hayden, the son of Hades, the prince of the underworld. "So what's the mission?, also dad said to tell you that he couldn't leave his hole in the ground." he says to maleficent. "You will go, you will find the fairy godmother and bring me back her magic wand, easy peasy" Maleficent says to the five teens in front of her. "What's in it for us?" Mal asks, not really liking how she has to go to a land full of prissy princesses. "Matching throne's, hers and hers crowns," Maleficent said in an almost bored tone. "Um..I think she meant us," Carlos stuttered. Maleficent rolled her eyes motioning for Mal to step closer, which she did. "It's all about you and me, baby" Maleficent says throwing her nail file she had been filing her nails with to the side. "Do you enjoy watching innocent people suffer?" she added. Mal laughed a little bit. "Well, yeah, I mean who doesn't?" Mal responded. "Well then get me the wand!" maleficent shouted. After another rant about getting revenge on the heroes who have wronged them, the maleficent demanded the evil queen to give her daughter her magic mirror. While Maleficent herself gave Mal her spellbook.
