she left in such a hurry, she's never done that before. if i remember she's actually never done that. she always took her time. but given there's a war going and her 'carefree, i can take my time' approach has changed but i don't think that actually happened.

i did notice how her facial expression changed when i called her useless she looked lost? i didn't mean it to come out that harsh, but she has to learn her 'go lucky' attitude isn't going to get her anywhere, especially now.

i was summoned by rex lapis to his domain once again. i hope he isn't going through with the whole yaksha title for y/n.

i was kneeling for him after all he freed me from that "so called god". i was a little shocked y/n wasn't with me.

"i know the situation between you and y/n . that is why i haven't summoned you and her at the same time. but the reason i have called you here is i formed an alliance with the raiden shogun, and i wanted to gift her for her approval of the alliance. what i had in mind was to give one of my adepti to her, to protect her and her nation. i was wondering if you wanted to be that adeptus."

i look up at him in disbelief. i was hoping he was joking.

"is this some kind of joke?"

"why would you think i would joke of this." he says eyes narrowed.

"well i think you already know my answer but i'll say it for you, i have a contract with you and you only. i have pledged my loyalty to you."

"it was still worth a shot." he says with a faint smile

i leave without another word. wondering where she is.

i completely forgot to ask him when i would leave. god i can be dumb sometimes.

i haven't seen the shoguns in such a long time. but i've always been intimidated by ei. she takes over baals war fighting. atleast that's what i heard from morax.

i had made my way to morax wondering when i would leave and what would happen to my contract.

"ah y/n, what may i help you with."

then he stares at my right arm.

"oh this is from my making a contract with a dragon, it's a mutual contract." i say scratching my head.

"looks a lot like xiaos, but what can i help you with"

i grimaced at the name of his but i ask him,

"i was just wondering when i would leave for inazuma and i wanted to know my new contact since i'm leaving liyue and i would reside in a different region cause you know you'll be here and won't be able to see if i betrayed our contract. ah sorry i'm rambling" i say embarrassed

"don't worry y/n. as for your questions i'll happily answer them. you are to leave in one day. we are meeting here at sunrise so once the contract is made you'd make your way to inazuma". so i'd hope you've packed whatever is needed which i believe isn't much. to answer your other question, when we met the raiden shogun you would make a contract with her, it would be up to the both of you.

"you wouldn't have any input in the contract?"

"there wouldn't be any point. i'm handing you over to her it's almost like your duties there instead of here."

"oh i see, i don't have any other questions so i'll take my leave"

"i'll see you tomorrow y/n"

i smile at and him the i teleport away.

i don't need anything to pack other than my spare sword but that's all.

i wonder if i really made the right choice.
