Cal Kestis x Reader

First stop on Cordovas Path

I felt sorry for Cal and all he had been threw, nobody deserves or should have to go threw things like that.
I got up off my bed and went to my drawer to grab a pair of socks then I saw the little box with my old lightsaber in it, I opened the box with the key I kept on a necklace. I looked at my lightsaber it was black, withered, and old I ignited it reminding my self who I used to be as the red glow hit my face. I set it back down in the box putting on my socks going into the living area.

"Hey y/n where about to land on Zeffo" Cal said smiling at me. "There's a storm brewing down there might not be the best time to land" Greez stated pressing some buttons. "The winds are interfering with our coms" Cere added as I made my way to the cockpit I grab hold on to the back of Cals chair. "Cordova mentioned something about peace in the eye of the storm" Cal said then looking at me. "We should land there then" I remark looking down at Cal "there's a settlement so it's perfect" he says looking up to me. "Copy that" Greez muttered grumpily.
As we descended it was kinda of bumpy so Cal grabbed onto the chair tightly and I almost fell. "A couple bumps ain't gonna kill you kid" Greez smirked as I hit Cals shoulder laughing. Then I hear Greez mumble something else along with BD-1 making some noises "can you tell that bucket of bolts to keep his opinion to himself" Greez shouted " I am sure everything is under control" Cere reassured "course it's under control just a little tricky" Greez says along with a couple more bumps and shaking of the mantis.
We landed safely for the most part but it was bumpy enough to make me fall but Cal catches me just as I was about to fall and lifted me up I could fell his body heat infecting me. His face was pretty close to mine I could see all his dazzling freckles, his narrow lips and how everything about his face was perfect...Oh right "thannks.." I say moving away from him "your welcome" he smirks "Perfect landen heh" Greez chuckles.
"There's still so much interference in the coms" Cere says trying to fix the issue "might take a minute to get them back up" Cal nodded at Cere as BD-1 climbs onto his back. "Cal can I come along?" I ask him "sure I would love that" he smiled. "We're going to look for signs of Cordova" Cal stated "Alright have fun you two love birds" I blushed at what Greez said.
Me and Cal make it outside the mantis and looks at my belt noticing how I don't have a lightsaber just my blaster "Where's you lightsaber, I know your not a Jedi anymore but you still have it don't you?" He asked me "I do but I am a little rusty with it better with my blaster" I say brushing it off "Have you ever tried blaster saber combo though?" I ask him "no" he chuckles "it works great very efficient" I smile as we make our way to a door "looks like it locked mabye there's another way around"
We continue to explore Zeffo for awhile fighting these rodent creatures. I couldn't lie to my self when I saw Cal fighting it was very attractive. The way his body moved with his light saber and the sparks flying off of it, how his muscle would tense and fall. When Cal finished fighting a storm trooper or one of those rats he would always brush his silky red hair back out of his face.

We eventually found this village part of zeffo there where storm troopers were all over we could easily take them all but Cal dint want to risk the empire knowing we where hear neither did I.
So we started sneaking around them we had almost reached a cave until two storm troopers started coming our way. Cal quickly grabbed my arm and pinned me against the wall. My face got real red as he was flushed against me and he dint realize what situation he put us in until the storm troopers where to close to move and make a noise. He was so close to me I could feel his hot breath on my face his breathing started to pick up and I began to feel really hot. He stared at me, his face was very flushed but I couldn't stop staring at him he was just so perfect.
I just stared into his eyes because I had no where else to look until he broke the eye contact to look over at his right where the storm troopers where allowing some tension to cease. He started to slowly loosen his grip on my arms allowing his hands to travel to my hips.
"Did you hear something" one of the storm troopers said as me and Cal both began to tense up "no it's probably just those rodents let's get back to base" the other one said.
Once they where gone Cal released me "I am so sorry y/n I dint mean to" I cut him off by saying "it's okay Cal I promise" I honestly don't mind being pinned up by him. He looked at me "what" I asked because he was looking at me funny and his face began to turn red again "nothing-nothing" he stammered looking away continuing onward. Why did he look at me like that I dint say anything wired did I.
Cals Pov:
I released y/n and apologized she said it was okay and I did something I wish I dint. I looked into her mind with the force to read her thoughts to see if it was truly okay I heard her say she dint mind me pinning her up which surprised me and my heart flutter.

Y/n pov:
We found evidence of the zeffo and BD-1 crawled of Cals shoulder to show us a hollow gram of Cordova it basically told us to go to Kashyyyk and find a guy named Tafful.
We where walking back to the mantis when Cal asked me a question "Your connection to the force" he hesitantly asked waiting for a response "what about it?" I stoped walking crossing my arms to face him. He stopped in front of me but dint look at my face but stared at his feet like a nervous child asking for candy.
"Why is it so strong?" He asked finally facing me
"I-I umm"
"it's not my place to ask but I was curious, I can feel it it radiates off of you." I thought about it for a moment my answer
"well it's complicated Cal" I say as I hear Cere alerting us that there a threat at the mantis.
"We better hurry um another time" I nod as we began rushing towards the Mantis.

"Shit it's an At-St" I said stopping in my tracks to examine the walker.
"Yeah it is nothing we can't handle though right" Cal unsurely says as he glanced at me. Cal started to charge the thing with his light saber as I tried to blast it behind a box I took shelter from. My blaster did nothing but the At-St tried to blast me so I ran to another box as it destroyed the one I was just behind. Cal was about to attack its legs until it started to drop bombs so he rushed next to me and took cover.
"what do we do!" He panted
"I don't know! OH I'll try to distract it while you try and attack" I apposed he nodded and began charging it again.
I started shooting the glass of the At-St to distract it from Cal but it dint work. Cal began to struggle against the walker and a bullet grazed his thigh and he fell down clutching the wound. I couldn't just sit there and do nothing and watch him die so I got out from the box and started screaming at the walker waving my hands around like a maniac. It was no use as it raised its foot to stomp on Cal he braced for impact.

Cals Pov:
I was on the ground the walker towering above me about to stomp me I braced myself for the painful death closing my eyes but nothing happened. I cracked my eyes open to see the walker floating in the air above me "what in the kriff" I muttered looking towards y/n who was just standing there. She was different the atmosphere had thickened, she looked darker the force she used felt darker. The kind light hearted y/n was gone in that moment.
I moved away from the walker as I heard the metal creek and watched y/n lift her hand gently in total control. She started to crush the walker with the force truing it into a metal platter then throwing it off of the cliff. When I looked back at her the darkness she used was gone only light remanded as she quickly rushed to my side.
"How-how did yo- why?" I started asking she just ignored me and examined my wound which wasn't to bad nothing I couldn't handle it only was bleeding some. She helped me up as I limped towards the mantis my arm hanging around her shoulder.
