Percy Jackson's Lost Sisters

Remembering

The pink is Brooke's clothing while the other is Misty's.But the phone cases are wrong.Brooke's is pink while Misty's is purple.They both have wave designs on them.

Brooke's POV

~Flashback~

Me and Misty were 6 years old.We lived with our 40th adopted family.

We were playing with our adoptive sisters and brothers Jack, Jesse, Summer, and Wendy.Along with their cousin Susie.Our mother was in the kitchen cooking while we were upstairs in Summer's room.

Then all of a sudden an earthquake began.It wasn't like normal ones.It was a huge one.Everything started to fall down and we stood up and went towards the door.Then we heard our mom scream.

"Mom!"Jesse yelled.

"I'm ok but get your siblings out of the house!"she yelled back.

We got out of the room while the earthquake was still happening.When we were close to the stairs the fire alarm went off.Then we saw the stairs catch on fire.We tried to go back but then the floors started to crack.

Me,Misty,Jack,and Summer got far enough but the others weren't lucky.The floor fell under them and they fell.

All of us screamed and cried"NOOOO!!"

When I tried to peer over,the floor fell but Jack caught me and I saw that there was fire under us.

We went towards the window but when me and Misty got there we heard two screams.When we both turned back Jack and Summer were nowhere to be seen.

It took everything that we got to get out of the window.The earthquake already stopped and we couldn't get down from the roof.

"We have to jump into the pool"I told my sister.

Luckily we had a pool in our backyard.

Misty just nodded and I grabbed her hand and we both jumped into the pool.We both got out and ran towards the front only to see the firefighters arriving and our whole neighborhood panicking.

We went towards our neighbor Mrs.Way and when she saw us she started to cry.

"Brooke,Misty where are your siblings and parents"she asked scared and worried.

We started to cry.Then she realized why we were crying and started to hug us even though we were wet.

A few minutes later the police asked us what happened and we told them.They said that we have to go to an orphanage and that they were sorry.

~End of flashback~

"Why are you crying,Jackson?"Nico asked angrily.The ground stopped shaking and the crack already closed but the shadows kept in going towards Nico.

"Shut.....shut"I stuttered out.

Then I heard my adoptive family's scream in my head.That made more tears fall down my cheeks.

I felt my knees buckle and I fell but I felt someone hug me.

"Brooke are you ok?"I heard my sister's voice say.

"Earthquake........fire.......screams..........water.......dying"I stuttered out.

"What.......no....no.....um Percy I'll be at the beach if you need me"Misty said.

"Are you ok Misty?Same goes for you Brooke"I heard Percy say.

I stood up and I saw Misty close to tears.

"Yeah I'm fine just.....leave me alone"me and Misty said running in different directions.

Misty ran towards the beach while I ran towards the cabins.

When I entered my cabin I climbed up my bed and buried my face in my pillow.

Why did I have to remember?Why?I hate that Nico kid and I'll make sure that he stays away from my twin sister.I don't want her to be broken.Cause I love her.She was my only family till I met Percy and mom and dad.

-Misty's POV-

Why did Brooke have to remember?Why?Dad please help me.I want to have a life without me and Brooke being surrounded by death.Please protect Brooke,Percy,and mom.Please.I thought in my head.

"Please"I said crying.

I have been on the dock for a few minutes crying.Trying to get the past out of my head.My head hurted for trying too hard.

"Are you ok?"I heard someone say behind me.

I turned around to see...............
