Misty's POV

Behind me was a boy with curly brown hair.He looked Latino and his features were elfish.

He looks Latino and I'm scared so maybe he'll understand what I'm saying.I thought.

"Um hola"(Um hi)I said in Spanish.Whenever I'm scared or nervous I speak Spanish since my first family were from Mexico.

"Hi I'm Leo and are you ok"Leo said.

"Si estoy bien"(Yes I'm ok)I said in Spanish again.

Dang it Misty speak English not Spanish.I thought mentally hitting myself.

"Haha you speak Spanish.That's cool I do too but what you can't speak English"he said joking.

I laughed and shook my head.This time I really did hit myself.

"Ouch.And sorry when I'm scared or nervous I talk in Spanish.Also hi I'm Misty,Misty Jackson"I said.

"I'm Leo Valdez son of Hesphestes.Wait a minute you must be Percy's little sister"Leo said.

"Yeah....Well me and my twin sister"I said as Leo sat next to me.

"Oh yeah.Umm your sister's name is Brooke right"he said.

"Yup"I said.

"Cool so what kind of powers do you have"Leo asked.

"I honestly don't know.If you count being good at archery and sword fighting well those.Those two are the only things that I know of"I said laughing.

Leo joined in and said"Well I'm good at building stuff and doing this"then a little fire started on his fingertips.

I jumped up in surprise as I remembered how one of my adoptive family died.I kinda screamed and the next thing you know I'm not at the beach anymore.I'm in the woods.

I got so scared that I said"Where's the beach.I want to go to the beach.Where I was before"then I thought about how it looked like and when I closed my eyes and opened them again I was at the beach but the only difference was that Leo was standing up drenched and was looking at me in surprise.

"H-How did you do that?When you jumped and screamed I was instantly covered in water and you were gone but then a few seconds later your here"Leo said a little confusion and terrified in his voice.

I shook my head and said"I don't know.When I stood up I was in the woods and when I closed my eyes and thought of here I opened my eyes and saw that I was here"

Right there I was scared that I blacked out.I felt weak as if I was drained out.When I blacked out I felt someone catch me right before I was fully gone.

-Leo's POV-

Misty looked scared and tired that she fell.I caught her and then I saw Nico walk pass by.

"Nico!"I shouted.

He turned towards me looking bored but then he saw that I was holding Misty that he looked shocked and ran over to us.

"What happened?Is she ok?"he asked picking up Misty who was on the sand since I put her down.

"I don't know.One minute I showed her my powers and the next minute she jumped up and screamed and I was drenched in water and she was gone.Then later I saw her appear before my eyes and she fainted"I said walking beside Nico since he was already heading towards the infirmary.

He stopped and he looked at me with an eyebrow raised.

"You mean she disappeared.Then she just reappeared"he said not convinced.

"Yeah.Look if Misty wakes up tell her.She said she was in the woods and appeared back at the beach"

Nico just gave me a weird look then sprinted towards the infirmary and I followed but was stopped by Percy and a girl that looked like Misty and she looked like as if she was crying like Misty.

So this is Brooke?

"Hey Leo.Umm why was Nico carrying my sister?"Percy asked confused.

"Yeah why was that son of a b**** carrying my twin sister"the girl,Brooke,said grabbing onto my shirt and glaring at me.And trust me that glare was scary.More scarier than Nico's death glare.

I felt like screaming and begging for her to not hurt me.I was seriously scared of her but I kept on a brave face but when I talked it came out squeaky.

"She fainted at the beach after a few things happened and please don't hurt me miss"

Really Leo.Really.

"Wimp"she said letting go of my shirt and started to run towards the infirmary.

When I turned I saw Percy smirking.

"What?"I said.

"Wow you were really scared of my little sister.She's 14 Leo.14"Percy said.

"I wasn't scared"I said.

"Sure you weren't"Percy said sarcastically.

I rolled my eyes and ran towards the infirmary.I heard Percy laugh and run after me.

Misty's sister is scary.More scarier than Nico.Brooke should be Nico's sister or a daughter of Ares instead.Not a daughter of Poseidon.
