AUTHORS NOTE: Hello! Sorry this is a little late, but I wanted to get soemthing up for Valentine's Day! I hope you like this chapter, I know the other one wasn't so great, but I'm trying to make them better. So please comment and tell me what you think of my story so far, it would mean allot to me. Chapter 1 Valentine’s Day
Today is Valentine’s Day! Mommy, daddy, bubba, and me, are going to a Valentine’s Day party at my daddy’s friend Delly’s house. But it’s not till tonight, so I have nothing to do. I go up to my room and sit on my bean bag chair. I sit there going on about kittens, rainbows, gymnastics, hearts, cookies, and ice-cream, but I get bored so I walk into the living room and over to daddy. I ask him how does he drawl so good?
"Well" he looks at me with his beautiful blue eyes, "It's a talent."
"I wish I had a talent" I say in my babyish voice.
"Everyone has a talent you just haven't found yours yet."
He kisses my head and gets up to walk to the bath room I look at his drawing and I observe his beautiful work. He drew me and bubba, we’re in the woods playing. Once I’m done looking at his beautiful drawing, I go down stairs and ask,
"Mommy what are you doing?"
"I am feeding bubba" she holds the bottle to his mouth,
"Oh......okay" I say in a happy voice she laughs and continues to feed him. I kiss mommy and she says,
"I love you"
I say back "I love you too" and I walk outside to play. I jump around on our trampoline, doing backflips.
As soon as I get tired I lie down and look up at the sky. I try and make shapes out of the clouds,
” I see a heart shaped one!” I say out loud while pointing to it.
Suddenly I get an idea. I jump off the trampoline, and run into the house. I make my way into my bedroom and look for some paper and some crayons, glitter, glue, and other things I can use. I find what I’m looking for and lay it out of my desk. I start cutting the paper into hearts. I then color little pictures on in, and then put some glue and glitter on. I do this for every one of them. Once I’m done I look at my work. I smile and go show mommy.
“Mommy, mommy, mommy, mommy, mommy” I say and I accidentally bump into her.
“Whoa there!” she says laughing, I hand her one of my valentines and she smiles.
“Oh Primmie! It’s beautiful!” she says smiling, I smile too.
“Can I give them out at the party tonight?” I ask.
“Oh Okay sweetie!” she says and hands them back to me. I smile and take off to show daddy. I find him in his art room.
“Daddy, daddy, look!!!” I say and run to his desk.
“Oh hey Primmie!” He says.
“Look daddy!” I say handing him my valentine.
“Mommy said I could give them out at the party tonight!” I say happily.
“Oh that’s great prim! It’s really pretty!” he says. I smile.
“Thank you!”
“You better go get ready though, it’s already 5:00 the party’s at 6:00” he says as he puts me down.
“Okay I say and run out of the art room I hear daddy chuckling from the other room.
“There you are! Come on it’s time to get ready!” my mommy says.
