Explaining this AU

Lowkey on the verge of naming this wrenched AU. Why?

Well wrenched in definition is where people get suddenly violent. Or just be so violent in general. So as that.. I feel like it fits for alternates in this AU, they can disguise as humans (obviously) and yknow.. kill- ig? But also doesn't want anyone to be suspicious of them so they act like the humans they killed.
But sooner..the hungrier the alternates get the more violent they are.
It's like a personality swap.. and if parents and/or friends notices behavior changes.
They finna ☠️ (kill) them and they gonna be turned into a KFC share box.

Also the characters are sort of fucked up in the head. Life struggles wise.

Adam and Jonah are best friends with a BIT of benefit probably a 20/80% chance.
Now Mark and Cesar
They're whole friendship/relationship is like..friends with denial feelings. Or technically "I have feelings for you but I think it's just a phase" type shit.

Jonah

Jonah in the story will be age 13-18 (18 because growing up. Ha.)
He has been in juvenile multiple times.
He had a Troubling past.

Adam and Jonah has arguments on a daily basis due to troubled pasts.
Jonah brings up adam's mom in arguments and Adam always cries then attacks Jonah.
Jonah apologizes by stealing money from someone's purse and/or wallet and gives it all to Adam.
Adam HAD have a driver licenses but got took in away due to speeding multiple times.
Jonah sleeps with a toy robot. 🧍🏽‍♀️

Adam has scar marks on his back and a burn mark on his right arm.
Jonah has curly fluffy Afro. Light brown hair, and Adam has ashy brown hair but dyed it a little blonde.
Adam steals clothes for Jonah so Jonah wouldn't have to be cold for the winter.

Jonah has many black dots on his face.
Adam has a star birthmark on his lower back.

They both have bad mood swings-
They absolutely favor Cesar. They see Cesar as they're big brother or cousin

They hold hands to feel safe. Stfu. Bros can hold hands.

Mark in this story will be age 17-25
He hasn't been in trouble with the police, yet he doesn't like government.

Cesar has a wide smile and mark just has to deal with it.. although..it makes mark get creeped out.

Mark and Cesar met at the 3rd grade. Which however mark at the age of 8 had access to alcOh0l, so he would come up to the school and just faint on Cesar when he gets the chance.

Mark has many small moles on his face and hands
While Cesar has a tiny birthmark on his leg.
Cesar has a mix of blue and brown eyes and Mark has yellow-ish light brown eyes

Cesar hid the fact that he was born an alternate. Yes mf you heard me.

Cesar is not really like most alternate's. See.. he really actually likes to make friends than go on a hunting spree.. to serve Gabriel some power.
Gabriel is "human". He takes on a human form to keep an eye on the other "humans"

Cesar and mark have kissed by accident before. So if they get into any arguments Mark would always bring up and they would laugh about it; plus mark would always bring up for their comfort. It'll get Cesar chuckling, while mark thinks about it repeatedly

Cesar is from Colombia.
Mark is from Germany
Adam is from America
Jonah is from America as well but raised by Indian parents.

Thatcher is (mainly) Jonah's cop friend, from his school

Jonah ran away from home due too multiple harassment from his mother.

Adam's mom ran away from their home leaving Adam with his father and his aunt but his aunt is a fucking monster, a nightmare. His father was an angel. He died later due to getting d!uGG@ed
Dave is obviously Mark's relative, fun days bro.

Cesar despises himself and Gabriel because he wanted to feel and love as a normal human.
Cesar's whole family EXCEPT his mom are alternates.

Mark and Intruder are good imaginary buddies.
Intruders aren't real; in the real world but in a person's mind who has dealt with trauma and guilt all their life, intruders invade their mind so they can give comfort.

Mark has survivors guilt because his mom killed his dad, and she set the house on fire but he managed to escape but he felt bad for not running back in there to save his mother.

Adam is a workaholic when it comes to school, he always thought if he does better than everyone then his mom and dad will be proud of him. But... they are gone.

Jonah sleeps with a toy robot because that's the last thing he got from his old best friend.
