No matter how stupid the decision, you are now in Havoc territory. It's a fair size, and there are only four gates to get in- all of which require a fee upon entry. If you don't have the money, you can most likely earn some by battling the trainers hanging around Havoc's walls. Though it might be a better idea to stick to wild Pokémon, seeing as almost all trainers have level 20 or so Pokémon.

Once/ if you get into the city, you'll find various shops awaiting you. While they look run down, the traders there have a variety of goods. And with the money you may or may not have earned from battling, you may be able to buy something good. This includes Pokémon eggs, medical supplies, anti-rad masks, and trinkets of different kinds. It's also possible to get Pokémon here, but they are hardly ever in good condition and are not usually very promising. You could also catch some of the higher level Pokémon around the town- Havoc's known for its ground, rock, fighting, and fire types.
